Eric, the tour manager, went above and beyond in arranging to pick up my son along the route so he would not have to come all the way in from Ottawa to Peterborough. He also located a carpool where my son was able to leave his car. Every detail was looked after well. My son and husband had a grand time, in spite of Toronto losing!It was a great ending to a 7 day birthday celebration.

Another successful day trip with Cardinal Tours as we cruised on Georgian Bay to view the 30,000 islands on board the Georgian Legacy. Our day was well planned from start to finish, including our delicious lunch at the Boathouse Eatery in Midland. Thank you.

This tour was largely a total disaster, with the tour operator playing his announcements and choice of music on such high levels, that I had tohide in the bus washroom to diminish the sound levels. Asking him toadjust the sound levels did not get any results. Never again with Cardinal !

Not only was my experience booking a trip very pleasant in the Cardinal Tours location in Lindsay, the Northern Lights trip booked to Whitehorse sure was totally amazing! The variety of activities included, the delicious meals, and the caring shown by Eric, our Tour Guide, were all top notch! Delighted with the whole experience!
