The guy there had no knowledge of cannabis at all. I asked what the best Pre-roll indica they had was and he just handed me an iPad. Customer service is a 1 star, I personally wouldn't go to this shop again.

Old stock that shouldn't be on the shelves. Got an item packaged back in Jan 2022, tasted like mold. Is business that bad there that the stock has to sit that long that you refuse to destroy it? I'm confused.

Awesome shop. Wide verity of products. Friendly and knowledgeable guy behind the counter and he knows all his products. I am pretty sure you will find all ur product here and if you don’t they guy will order one for you. Very Attractive store.

I do not like gouging. I ask you to compare the price of GMO cookies from Spinach 3.5g at Bancroft Cannabis ($42.69) and compare it to the underground ($23.99). This is common on the price list. I brought it up to them, and it seems to be because the THC is high. This isn't how the pricing works though. I hope pricing remains fair for the customer. I am not a fan of taking advantage.

Owner (male) has never smoked cannabis before so does not know his product well. Prices seem higher than normal. He Tried recommending something with very low thc content not knowing what it was.A female employee was hired recently with better knowledge of product & friendly, but she’s not always working.No deals or specials. Need to go to underground for that. I’m not affiliated with underground. Take info as you will.

I would not go to this store again. No supply of beverages, zero knowledge. I’d rather drive across town to the Underground. I don’t care for being handed an iPad to answer my own questions.
