OPA! of Greece East Hills
The two women working during the lunch hour on Friday, October 21, 2022 were unbelievable. Look, I can talk about the food but Opa is a fairly standard fast-greek-food restaurant. It's not amazing, it's not terrible. It's just standard. But the women working were working SO HARD! They had a massive rush and they didn't stop the entire time. They didn't stop the whole time! It was awesome to see them in action and their friendliness was above standard for how busy they were. Getting everyone's orders with just the two of them was a feat for sure!!! I hope that their manager / owner is proud of them and can keep them there! Definitely coming back for the customer service!!

Staff was awesome! I had a minor misunderstanding with my order and they above and beyond to fix. Food was good, hot and fresh.

Got a chicken pita wrap meal from here with fries, I have never been so disappointed in the quantity of fries I received. I go to all different locations of OPA all the time. Never had a problem with how much I've been served. At this location ,I've never felt so disrespected in what they gave me and thought that it would be okay. Never going back to this location again. I would rather drive further to a different location.

Placed an order online 10 mins before I walked in and they didn’t even start, asked me to wait 5-10 mins….. this is the reason I placed the order online.Definitely won’t make that mistake againUpdate: I originally had it at two stars but dropped it too one because they messed up the other customers order and had to remake it. There’s only 2 of us in the store when this happened and no mobile orders…. Sad

This location is excellent. Very clean inclusive of bathrooms. Food is always fresh. Staff welcome you so happily. There is one lady (Kuldeep) who is so friendly to everyone and very pleasant. Shout out to Kuldeep and Opa!!!!Enjoy my visits every time. Kuldeep wishes everyone a great day...

First time try this OPA! And can say this place is very clean (at least in time I visit) staff is so friendly and fast that surprise me soon I entered.All together this place is great for fast and cheap bite (ok maybe not that cheap)

So far this is my favorite Opa location!The staff are friendly, service is quick + food is always hot.The only complaint I have is that the fries were super salty the other day (a first for that) but I will return asking for not so much salt.

Ok...prepare to be grossed out. This was my second time eating at this location. As I was waiting for my order I figure I’ll get the soda going and pick a table. There was an employee cleaning the fountain pop machine so I had to wait. He was putting everything back together...where the pop comes out there is a small spout. The fellow was taking them out of a soapy dish and cleaning them with a paper towel. He then SPIT into the spout...apparently there was a stubborn stain that his spit would tackle over the soap. Then he screwed the spout back into the machine. Well..I saw him do this same spit technique to two other spouts. Needless to say the cashier was good about letting me upgrade to the bottled water with my meal. The food was ok...maybe a touch over done on the gyro meat...but otherwise good.
