Pro Pavement did some work on my wife’s family’s driveway (retaining wall) back in 2011. Because they did a great job, they were naturally our number 1 choice to do our backyard (patio and walkways) last year. However, they left us hanging this time around.... After several conversations back and forth with Nicole (via email), we had made up our minds to go with Pro Pavement and informed Nicole we wished to sign (in May 2021). In the last email from Nicole she had stated “she was on it” and would have our file amended for us the following day or over the weekend (to accommodate a small detail in their diagram) and get back to us. The weeks and months passed and we never heard back from her (and still haven’t - regularly checked junk as well). This was the second delay in communication from the company - so I stopped following up. For what it’s worth, the job they did in 2011 has held up nicely! I guess they didn’t want our business? Was definitely disappointed with the (lack of) communication with this company, especially considering we were returning customers. Regardless, we went with another concrete company and are extremely satisfied with the work that was done!

John and his crew created a beautiful new walkway and stairs and repaved my drive with concrete borders. They were courteous, worked quickly, and cleaned up every day when they left. I couldn't be happier with the work, the level of service and the hard working crew. Nicole in the office was a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend Pro Pavement Services.

This team of professionals are top notch right from the owner boss to the laborer. They are supported by Nicole the office manager that kept us informed right from the start to the finish and follow up. The team of 7 showed up early and worked non stop in beastly heat. John the owner worked right alongside his men. He led by example. It is a rare quality today. I highly recommend Pro Pavement for your project whether it be big or small. You won't be disappointed.

John and his crew did an excellent job constructing my driveway, with exposed aggregate. Very professional, excellent workmanship and very effective in getting the job done in timely fashion.As my driveway is a joint driveway, the crew did an excellent job to ensure the neighbour’s driveway was left neat. John and Nicole communicated with me daily and kept me informed about what was happening that day. I highly recommend this company. Decided to go with Technoline after my neighbours got there's done , however after app, 6 months I started to see some discolouration , so I contacted them and they requested for me to take some pics and send them to their email address . Dave responded right away and agreed it was a warranty issue . A crew was sent over fairly quickly and very polite and professionally reworked my driveway and now its perfect ....... Would highly recommend Technoline Services as a contractor .

Absolutely fantastic company from start to finish. Nicole in the office is so attentive and truly cares about everyone and all the jobs. You can really tell they care for their clients. On the crew they have such hard workers! The owner John showed up on job which was great to see and didn’t just check in he got right in there with the crew and was working along side them. Truly rare to see these days! I just am floored on how great of an experience and seamless Eveything was! 5 stars is NOT enough! Highly recommend.

We had a tentative date of the end of October to have our roughly 500 sq.ft. parking area paved and I received a call 4 weeks early from John himself stating they had a cancellation in my area and had all the materials ready to go and they could do my driveway early if I wished. I of course accepted and John and his crew were at my house with 30 minutes and immediately got to work. They had the job done within 2 hours and left the jobsite very clean just as they found it. The job itself they did was amazing and I am extremely happy with John and his crew's work. They were very friendly and efficient. I would recommend this company for any asphalt related jobs.
