I got a reply to my Marketplace ad from Chanel. She made a fair offer on my Subaru outback 2018 touring. We negotiated the price, talked over the phone and agreed on the payment method in the afternoon. The next morning I got my bank draft for the full amount when a two guys came to pick up the car. They unplated my car and drove it in less than 10 minutes.The car was sold in under an hour. The whole process was very professional. Purchases a car from here a couple years ago now. Sales person was nice, but it was a headache to work with the dealership. I purchased a rebuilt car and required particular checks to be done so that insurance companies would accept me and these checks have fees. The dealership did every other possible check apart from the one I needed, dragging the process over a month-long period. Eventually I gave up and payed a higher insurance rate because I could no longer wait.On top of this, upon delivery of the car, the gas tank was empty. They gave me a $50 gas card excusing the “long wait”, but this was obviously because the car had so little gas I needed to stop on my way home.All of this happened when I was 19 so at least they thought me everything I should avoid when purchasing a car.
