We were here today from Alberta, shopping for a dress for my daughter's wedding. My wife has a very eclectic taste, and like all ladies she has to love what she wears. We were greeted By Mary. OMG, what a doll! She was so helpful, patient and kind. She helped us through at least 8 pieces, sadly but we just couldn't find the right one. I would tell you to ask for this sales.Person. Amazing sales professional! Thank you Mary!

I found the staff member extremely rude. Before I picked out anything to try on, she said I'd be better to go to another store that suited me. I guess if you aren't a size 0-8 you shouldn't shop there? Then when I was trying on some clothes the same lady, patted my bottom and said, this is your problem" and I should try another store. Very bad costumer services. I was at their place trying some dresses and the employee wasn't dealing as expected. She was very tough and aggressive. I bought a dress and I didn't like it, next day I went back to return it and she refused. She claimed that she told me that it is final sale but I swear that she never said that. When I told her that my husband is saying that the dress is not beautiful she became angry and aggressive. she calmed down when I said that he think that it is not beautiful on me. I will never buy anything back from this store. Very bad experience. I am not happy at all with the service I got. I Wish that there is zero for rating.

I was in Saskatoon Branch, I hold 1 tops which I got from sale items with a tag of 50%, they have 2 same 2 items with a red tag and the sales clerk was arguing with me that somebody in the store made a mistake. Another sales clerk came and same arguing that it was a mistake . They have to honour the price because it was not a mistake from the customer. They hold me for a long time if I will find the same colour with other store I will leave the item. I found them rude, no customer service. Very bad experience!!!

This was our second time visiting this store. Generally their staff is very rude. But one sales person in particular. My wife has to start her new job and was looking for different pants. While she was changing she asked me to get 2 pairs of pants in different sizes. I requested one of their ladies to give me those, she was so rude and snubbed me by saying if she doesn't fit in 12 why she wants to try it, just take 10.When my wife went to return her pants she asked why are you returning. she explained that she needed something more formal and that she doesn't wants to show her ankles. Then she asks who doesn't allow you to show her ankles. She said its my personal choice.I think their staff is racist as well. We are never going back to this store again. Plus I wonder why is this store still open for hiring so rude people.

I had a very positive experience with Shima! She was the perfect sales person. Gave me time and advice to help me fund an outfit for a special event that I have to attend but allowed me to make my own decision. I will be back.
