We love our gas fireplace installed by Don at Majestic. He is the Michelangelo of fireplace installers and we appreciate is dedication to detail and to keeping us warm the winter of 2023. Can't say enough about the entire company and the way they do business. It is the old fashion way with real customer service. Thanks again Don and thanks to Ben the showroom manager too.

Great customer service! I asked a million questions and got an answer for each one. Ordered a custom fireplace door and Ben was able to talk me through the measurements and it ended up fitting perfectly. Thanks for everything!

Just updated my 70’s fireplace with fabulous new doors and limewashing. Doors are a perfect addition for new modern look. Great service and extremely pleasant and helpful people to work with.

My husband and I wanted to get a glass door for our fireplace. We contacted a referred Company and the salesman was asked several times for the estimate he promised, after coming to the house. We never received the quotation. He also had told us, that if we selected them, the door would take 4 months, for us to receive.We then contacted Majestic Distributing, House of Fireplaces, who are local. We then met Sam. He was amazing. He was at the house measuring in a few days. We received the quotation, the day after that. We decided to use this Company and Sam helped us with picking out a door, and the color.We ordered the door and one month later, Don, was at our home, installing the beautiful, perfect, finished product, that you can see in the following photos.I cannot say enough about this experience.We recently moved into our home, and are doing a lot of work, and nothing that we have done, has gone as smoothly as this.Thank you, Sam and Don, and House of Fireplaces.Jeanne and Andy

Don was amazing! His work is like a piece of art! We are so pleased with his work, that I can’t even begin to tell everyone how happy we are! He showed up when he said he was going to show up, he cleaned up like I would have cleaned up, Ben our sales rep was just as easy pleasurable to work with he listened to us ! Now I understand why they were in business as long as they have been! I would recommend them to everyone ! Trust me you will be just as happy as we are! Thank you Don and Ben , you two just Rock!

I needed doors for my fireplaces and called various vendors and felt their prices were extremely high for a basic door. Then I spoke with Ben who gave me an excellent deal for fantastic doors. From start to finish the crew was professional, helpful and great to wrk with!

Could not be more pleased with the product, service and installation. Ben was amazing at helping us pick out our new unit and surround(we replaced an old one). One quick trip to the showroom and the rest was via email! Cost, timing and installation estimates were exactly what was delivered. Don was the most skilled and amazing installer I've ever worked with. He can do any and all parts of the installation (cabinets, TV hook up, shiplap, tile, marble you name it - he's a pro)- honestly the best construction/renovation experience I've ever had!
