Abe went above and beyond for me, he was so understanding and had the best communication skills from start to finish. He worked overtime to get me exactly what I wanted and I couldn’t be any happier! Edit: After 3.5 months of using the car, the engine light came on. I took it to my mechanic and he changed the spark plugs because of misfiring errors. After the plug change, I contacted Emad. He tried to help me finding a good mechanic. A week later, engine light started blinking again. I took it one of the mechanics he suggested and I know that the mechanic is good. The spark plug wires and the coil changed! I bought a BMW 335xi from Abe and Emad, with the car I purchased the best extended warranty they would sell me.After 2 months the check engine light came on and I took it to a BMW specialist, turns out the turbos and fuel injectors are bad and it will be $14,000 to replace. The warranty they sold me only covered $2,500 of that.When I contacted Emad to see what our options were he was very unempathetic and said I was out of luck.The moral of the story is don't buy from these guys, they will sell you a lemon and wash their hands of it leaving you with thousands of dollars in repairs even after you bought their warranty.

The service is impeccable! The car was everything they said it was going to be. We had one minor issue after we left and they were prompt and courteous with resolving it! I highly recommend Carmaxx!!
