Prime Auto is very personable and has great customer service.Prime auto has never tried to up sell me items/service that I do not need. As someone who has very limited knowledge of vehicles I really value when mechanics do not up sell. Would highly recommend!

We have been customers of Prime Auto for a number of years...We are always very happy with the work done by their team. We absolutely love the new emailed mechanic notes and pictures that get sent.... Definitely puts them above the rest!

Never ever go to them, they passed the safety just end of march for a car when it was with previous owner, and just after 1 month AC stoped,They did the safety but when we opened the car bonut there were lot of loose nuts and bolt some of them were missing, body chrome missing.
