Hansen's Forwarding

They promised to deliver the vehicle in 11 days but its been more than 3 weeks and the vehicle is lying in the rail yard and there is no mechanism to deliver it. Very slow service. Please look out other options for your vehicle delivery. Strongly not recommend!Edit: I spoke with shipper and yes they provided a wrong estimate. Not the fault of Hansen's. But at the end of the day it was my money and I am only one facing the hardship for the delayed delivery.

ive got the worse experience with them , when i was looking for a transportation company the first thing came to my eyes that they do the transporting faster than another companies , so I called to make sure and they have quoted me 1,757$ , and i paid it right away , even tho there is another companies who quoted me for 1.5k but they will take up to 14-20 days , and I choosed Hansens because they told me you will get it with in 7-14 days, so I called them today to get an update regarding my car and they told me that Ive to wait till Friday , and I gave them my car on the 9th-feb, and now its the 22-feb, so they want me to wait an extra 3 days to get my car , and once I told them my feed back about my case and they lied to me about the delivery date and that I need a rental car until I get my car because its not my problem that its delayed from them , they put me on hold and I stayed on hold for 5 min and then they hanged up and I Called them again 9 times and no one answered , I would like to tell you anyone who is planing to transport your car , don't use Hansens , they are expensive for nothing , and you can find cheaper companies and they will deliver your car on time.my order number is 8827757

L Hansens was contracted by the Department of National Defense to move my vehicle from Ontario to Alberta. Prior to loading one of my vehicles, the driver of the car hauler picking up my truck destroyed the park brake cable. The driver was very courteous and took notes and made sure to indicate that he was the one who damaged my vehicle.Once my vehicle arrived in Alberta, I made a claim for damages for the park brake that their driver admitted fault for. I was also required to acquire a safety for the vehicle within 30 days of loading, however I was only told this 14 days prior to the pick up of my vehicles. I provided the claims department with my documentation, all of my required quotes, pictures and a copy of the safety dated 9 days prior to the loading of my vehicle. They deemed that since the part that broke had surface rust, their policy is not to cover rusted parts. The claims department has also failed to respond to any emails I have sent in regards to clarification of their policy, to argue my point of the vehicle being recently through a safety and the driver admitting that he applied the park brake too hard and did damage the vehicle.Do not ship your vehicle with this company. The people responding to your calls and emails know nothing about loading and unloading vehicles and the people in the claims department will ignore any correspondence you send them.
