Ecoline Windows and Doors Calgary

I very pleased with our new windows from Ecoline. We had our consultation with Tony who explained all the options and help to choose windows, he was very knowledgable and informative, great communication from start to the end.Installation was completed 3 weeks ago by Matt and his crew, who did great job, Matt was professional, didn't rush and made clean job, he took his time to go over all the windows and explained how to take care of it. I'm very happy with entire process and definitely will recommend Ecoline for your new windows, especially Matt's crew as installers

Very unprofessional. I used Ecoline only because they promised to install the windows in time for me to sell the house. Installation was very unprofessional and dealing with the service department afterwards to repair damage is impossible. The installer damaged stucco on every door and window installed and did not seal windows properly. Ecoline refuses to make repairs. No qualified home inspector would consider these windows acceptable. There are much better window installers in Calgary. See before and after photos.

Def 5 stars +. Great company. Best windows I have been getting so far, the quality is top notch in all aspects. Every single piece is expensive and solid. Fittings are very good with metal parts instead of cheap plastic. My room was quite loud before, this was the main reason for an upgrade, it def exceeded all of my expectations. The soundproofing is perfect it is very cozy room now. Also this was the only company who offered this width of opening. Appreciate the help of Vlad Butko, he helped me with all the aspects, and I received very detailed consultation. Would absolutely recommend to anybody who is seeking for good quality product.

The installation process was decently smooth and organized. The contractors who arrived made good progress on the windows but did chip off some paint on two of the installations. Overall a good service despite the paint.

Had four windows replaced today. I'm extremely happy with the final result. The crew was exceptional and very professional. They did a super job taking out the old windows and fitting the new ones. I want to thank Matt and Max for such a great job.

We are very happy with our new windows installed by Stage/Ecoline using our Costco membership. The consultant Dmitry was very thorough and communication has been excellent. The install was sooner than we expected and the team that came to our house was outstanding; they were professional and comprehensive it getting the windows installed and cleaned up completely as they progressed. I would highly recommend this service and of Costco rebate is also a nice benefit too.

The initial assessment phase was very good. We received really helpful info and advice on how to proceed and the various design options available, and how they would suit our needs. The cost estimate was done on site, and adjusted in real time with any possible options/changes we wanted to explore (sliding vs swing-out, etc). When install day came, they arrived on time as scheduled. Did a spectacular job! I really mean that. They were courteous, professional, and bring a strong work ethic. Workmanship and the final product are flawless. This experience exceeded our expectations and we're very happy! Would certainly recommend to anyone

2021 -Ecoline did a fantastic job from day 1 of calling! My husband and I have had some rather negative experiences with other window companies, so it was a huge relief working with Ecoline. We easily got in contact with Ecoline to set up a quote, which was done within days of the first call. Alex Havkin, project manager, came in and seemed to really know his stuff and could answer all our questions. We felt no sales pressure and were given lots of details and shown photos of similar projects before and after. Once we had made a decision on a later day we easily got in contact with Alex and everything was set up super fast and without any confusion or hassle. Ecoline has the best guarantees and really seems to stand by what they say they will deliver, and when. They were actually able to install our windows before the date they assured us they would have them in by, which was a big deal for us.Our windows were installed by Nik, his son Shawn and Chris. Nik did a phenomenal job of running his crew and making sure we knew what was going on and that we were happy with how the windows looked every step of the way. He made sure we were comfortable with himself and his workers and was easy to talk to and ask questions. All three seemed to be super hard workers as they finished a big job in one day (8 large windows), which according to the company usually takes two! Nik went above and beyond in making our house look pristine after; painting stucco after touching it up, perfecting trimming, and ensuring we were happy with the end result and had no unanswered questions. Highly recommend Ecoline and especially Nik and crew for install.Update 2022/05 We had Ecoline (Nik's crew again) install four more windows, finally completing the replacement of all of our windows! They still do a great job! We cannot recommend them enough. If you're having windows replaced get it done right the first time by Ecoline.

We had our consultation with Frank and we were shown different examples and options. He was very knowledgeable and informative making the decision process easier, and guiding us through. We then had our installation two weeks ago, the process was quick and the installation crew made clean up afterwards. Right away we noticed the difference in the temperature inside the house. It is much warmer now and the windows look great! The windows are also very easy to clean. We are very happy with the process overall and the results speak for themselves. We would recommend Ecoline for your window installation.
