Stopped with no advance notice. Was able to pick out a nice arrangements and one of the prepackaged gift basket. The staff were all friendly and helpful.

I can't THANK YOU enough for the beautiful pink carnation bouquet arrangement and pink teddy bear you put together and delivered for me to my daughter and new baby granddaughter. We are far away in Ontario, so the beautiful flowers and your excellent service helped to close the miles apart. Thank you once again!

Beyond expectations.My mother had surgery December 7th. I purchased their “grinch tree” that day. I brought it to the hospital and everyone there loved it. Amazing concept. It’s now January 23. Almost 7 weeks and it still looks almost as great as the day I got it. The customer service was phenomenal as well! Worth every penny.

We’ve always received great service and outstanding bouquets from Jean’s. HOWEVER this particular occasion was less than favourable. My husband ordered flowers for me for Mother’s Day and paid by visa, they were having an issue with getting the information to go through (unsure if the number was entered incorrectly or given incorrectly). Since we live well outside the Truro area when ordering flowers my husband gives my phone number so that the florist may contact me to make sure I’ll be home for delivery. This morning they contacted me and asked for my husband, I said this is his wife may I help you? No I need to speak to “him” and never elaborated, she was curt in her tone and very cryptic!So I spoke to my husband and he said he ordered flowers for me (he said online), so I called them back and spoke to the same individual. Once again I received very curt responses from her and I told her that the phone number he gives is always mine and it’s for delivery purposes, I told her she was being curt and cryptic….if you are having any issues you can ask me!She only then said it was a visa number issue, I told her that I could give her the correct numbers needed and finally she was successful with the transaction.Even though I believe they are the only florist in the Truro area, honestly I would have to desperately want a bouquet to ever order from them again.

I live in Ontario and I just called to order some flowers for my mom who lives in Nova Scotia. The lady was so helpful and easy to work with on the phone. It literally took me less than 5 minutes for her to take my order, process my payment and send my confirmation with delivery same day to my mom's work! Highly recommend this place if you are in need of last minute flowers or just an arrangement for any occasion! Thanks so much!

Ordered flowers to be delivered, filled in all required fields only to be called 24 hours later to say they will not deliver flowers to the address. The woman I spoke to offered for the person to pick up the flowers, or they could deliver a food basket instead. Please update your system, so people have more time to make arrangements to use another company

I have ordered (for delivery) numerous arrangements over the years and I have always been highly pleased with the service and the flowers. They have always taken every step to make sure that I am a satisfied customer. if there have ever been any questions or issues with my order they have taken the time to call me and let me know. I would highly recommend them.

I ordered flowers for my mom for her birthday. I live in Mississauga and so your never sure what they will be like since you are not there picking them out. The lady I dealt with was very nice and accommodating. The flowers arrived exactly when she said and they were beautiful. My mom absolutely loved them!!!! Thank you for making her birthday Special.
