Drinks over there are fantastic, staffs are friendly, definitely a great place to stop by for drinks. For tourist, trying maple tea is a must!!

Worst service. I used to go quite frequently at this place for bubble teas. The last time I went, the employee (she) messed up my order. I wouldn't have mind. If she had remade it or refund me, but she was really rude about it. It was the man behind me that offer me to get another one. Never coming again.

I frequently buy Matcha in other locations. I am very familiar with the grade and quality of matcha's. So, I decided to give Maple Valleys a try..Their matcha is THE worst matcha I have ever had. Best description: Bitter. One word.Certainly not buttery, nutty, or creamy. When mixed, it leaves a dry residue around the cup. It does not foam no matter how much I whisk it. And has small particles (crystal like) that do not blend, yet, sit at the bottom to the last sip. It is a very dull murky green. The after taste is chalky. I am so disappointed in the matcha. Money wasted on a whole package. Would never buy Matcha here again.

This is a neat tea shop full of surprises. Blooming tea, authentic bubble tea, tea slush, almond cookies, you name it. You can also buy tea by weight. Lots of flavours to choose from.
