I was trying to make a purchase of stone veneer and apparently the sign was wrong or some of the items were in the wrong place. I have no idea. There were 4 packages and I was going to take them all, not knowing they were different colours. The woman in the department was extremely rude and treated me like a criminal. I will not spend another cent in this store.The customer service is terrible!

I came in for a corn hole came today not thinking that the thing would be huge and I’d struggle to carry it through the store. It was too hot to keep my dog in the car so I brought him with me. Carrie saw the struggle from down one of the aisles and came running to my rescue!! Carrie brought a flat cart over, loaded us up and took us straight to the cash and to the car afterward. Carrie I can’t thank you enough!! You rock.

I had the unfortunate experience of a flat tire on my pick up truck while camping in Awenda. Was able to put the spare on and get to Canadian Tire Midland. Your service advisor Ryan was very well spoken and very professional. He explained the patching process and the various reasons why that may not be possible. I left the vehicle with him. He messaged me a few hours later that I was ready to go. The tire was successfully patched and the spare returned to its spot under the truck.Thanks to Ryan and the staff in the automotive department.

Recently placed an online order for in store pickup. Three of the same item. Online they said they had 15 in stock. Was told the pickup would be ready by noon the next day. 12:47 the next day I received an email saying my order was cancelled, because the products are no longer available in-store or available for pick up.".I had to go by the store anyways

Worst lineup I've ever experienced at a Canadian Tire. They use the single queue , multiple registers model but don't have enough registers open to cope. No self check out adds to the frustration. Avoid this location if you have the option.

Can't say enough about the great service I had this week from Lance and the crew to fix a warranty bearing issue. I explained I hoped to get it in asap as I needed the car for an important trip in a couple days. Thanks guys, car fixed and ready to go in less than 24 hours. No charge.-Kevin Bennett

Said they have a BBQ in stock online, but it's not available when you come. Reserve for pickup if you want an item like that because in stock" can mean "in stock at the offsite warehouse"."

Purchased an umbrella with a clearance tag stating “reason for clearance: open packaging” to my pleasure when I brought the item home and tried to use it, it had a broken crank. Pretty deceitful way to sell your broken items.

Went and bought a brand new lawnmower on Wednesday. They told me it was at the other wear house and that it will be in Wednesday or Thursday. Friday comes and goes still haven't received a call or anything Saturday I went there and 4 staff members and the store manager was looking for the lawnmower and after half-hour wait they came across it. Not a good thing at all don't sell products if you don't have it.
