The dirtiest gym I’ve ever been in. Men’s changeroom is disgusting. Water bottles and towels all over the gym.

Great facility, fantastic team behind it. Large, clean, modern space with plenty of new high-end equipment. Brock gave me all of the most helpful information I could ask for and provided an excellent thorough tour of the facility and membership options. I’ve referred many friends and colleagues over to GoodLife Refinery in large part due to the consistently exceptional customer experience provided by Brock and his team.

Absolutely love this new location of GoodLife. There are plenty of spaces, levels and machine that you are never waiting. The glass walls, plenty of light and great air circulation keeps the entire area clean and fresh no matter which time of the day you step in. The best part - it is 24 hours open! They have swimming pool, meditation area and great massage chairs that completely unwind you after the long day at work. Due to these additional features the place is not only great to workout but also to relax and regroup. Their is a juice bar, towel service, huge locker/change rooms. Washrooms and showers are spacious and even when they are busy, you don’t feel crammed in. Staff is amazing and always happy to help. Although I haven’t used myself there are plenty of personal training programs available should you need. Would highly recommend checking them out.Please ‘like’ if this review helped you. Thanks

Over night staff never greet members upon entry or exit like the other locations do. This location caters to post secondary students and adults in their 20s, and the gym is always packed with them. This location is always dirty and busy. Cancelling my membership and going to a better gym. The Kenaston location was better all around. Too bad. Had high hopes for this gym before.

They recently changed their floor plan and have made WAY better use of the space. I enjoy doing cardio here because machines are high quality and all the windows let in amazing sunshine :)The only downfall that is really frustrating.. how sticky the smith and leg press machines are. If you were to let go of the smith bar, it doesn’t fall to the ground because it is so sticky. Leg press is similar..it has heavy resistance (without plates) so it makes training inconsistent if you are hopping between different club locations. It can be really frustrating, they need some service.

I absolutely love working out here! Love the layout and the brand new equipment. Big shoutout to Harry! He’s one of the most compassionate and caring individuals I have met. He makes sure everyone feels welcomed and always has a smile on his face. Very kind, personable and hardworking. It’s a pleasure to workout here and Harry only adds to it!

This is a great facility except they took forever to get the pool going and the steam shower NEVER WORKS!!! It is almost laughable how often it is broken in the men's change room and they are always waiting for a part from China. This is one of the main reasons I bought my membership and nobody from the head office gets back to you. Very disappointing. It would be better if the sauna was actually hot but everytime I go in there it barely heats up. PLEASE FIX THIS WITH A LONG TERM SOLUTION!

Definitely a nice gym. Have all the equipment I need to do a full body workout. Just wish they would keep up with the maintenance with keeping the mens washrooms clean and shower stalls. It looks gross and nasty. Don't even want to shower there anymore. Other then that it's a good gym with a lot of open space.

I just moved here from out of province and finding a gym was one of my top priorities. I checked out three in the south Winnipeg area and Good Life definitely rose to the top! The facilities are GREAT and I really like the three option membership choice. It's a great place to incorporate a healthy and whole lifestyle. Even driving down Scurfield to the facility is serene.I have felt seen, and valued and my orientation with Eric gave me some good input that I will definitely put to use.Good Life Fitness Refinery District for the win!
