I’ve been very thankful to receive dental services from Dr. Diana and her team. It is a nice holistic experience. Dr. Diana is very kind, efficient and uses a lot of modern tools to ensure each tooth of mine fulfill their pearly potential.

I'm disappointed they didn't respect the appointment I scheduled. They claimed that because I hadn't reaffirmed my booking, they had given it to another person. When I initially scheduled the appointment, I recall signing a contract agreeing to pay a penalty if I failed to call and cancel. I never made such a cancellation call, so why was my appointment revoked? Given that they've cost me my time, wouldn't it be fair for me to impose a fee on them mirroring their own policy?

The clinic is extremely clean and all the staff are very professional and respectful.I did an exam and cleaning among other things and the service was excellent. Dr. Diana is by far the best dentist in Montreal. I have seen many dentists in Montreal but no one as kind, respectful, considerate and professional as Dr. Diana.The hygienist Demetra was also extremely skillful and professional.Overall great experience in this clinic. Would 100% recommend

Edit: I do not need to be a patient of your clinic to leave a review. I was affected by your service to one of your patients and I also saw your response to an honest review left on Google reviews.You do not listen, you are arrogant, and more importantly DISHONEST. If you think by talking back to patients on their reviews is a good practice, then you need to review your way business as a whole. Take ownership of your mistakes and try making things right where ever possible.

It was my first time at the clinic because I moved and wanted a dentist close to my house. When I called I mentioned that I wanted only a regular clean up. When I got there I see no one was able to understand English. I waited for Dr Diana for 30 minutes. I was hoping to speak to the Dr in English but she didn’t speak or understood a word of English. I was so shocked. She kept telling her assistant to tell me what she is saying and her assistant had such a hard time explaining. She started cleaning with some salt water and said this is the best way to clean I won’t do the traditional way. She didn’t even let me talk and started the cleaning, 10 minutes into the cleaning, she steps out and started laughing and talking to some man in the hall way while I was waiting for her on the chair. She comes back after 15 minutes and I was waiting because I was really short on time. I had to pick up my son from daycare and I had already wasted 45 minutes from waiting. She finally came back and finished the cleaning and asked if they told me the prices and I replied no, then she asked if I had insurance. I said yes and her reply was “oh ok parfait!” She charged me 75$ for polishing and 165$ for cleaning. I told her I didn’t ask for polishing. She goes it’s good for you so I did it. Here is the bill and come back for X ray and cleaning again.I felt like I was taken advantage of and she did work on my teeth for which I did not ask for. She wanted to increase the bill as much as possible and expected me to pay because of two reasons:1. I had insurance2. I felt that she treated me as a young girl who would not speak up against the way of practice and forcing work on patient’s teeth for upchargingI left the place so disappointed and they were so rough that both side of my mouth has cuts. I have never been to a dentist where I felt like I was treated like an animal or worse. Zero care was felt on her part.All she cared about was money!EDIT 1: (post reply from owner)After reading their reply, I am shocked. They made up stories and lies to discredit my comments. Hoping this review helps others prepare to not be taken advantage of.

I'm so happy with the services they provide. I always feel super good. The clinic is so clean and professional. I recommend 100%. Dr. Diana is by far one of the best dentist I have met.

I was very nervous to go back to a dentist after bad experiences with my old careless dentist, I finally decided to give this place a try based on their reviews and they are all true! Dr. Diana is the most caring and professional dentist I have ever had, she takes the time to explain all the steps and constantly makes sure I am not in pain. Highly recommend.

Dr. Elie is not a doctor but a trader.. $250 for the consultant, then he sends you to another doctor outside the center so that he can take a commission. He says we cannot treat you and the doctors are in our center for a day with the same efficiency..and you pay 250$ without treating your tooth

My family and I have been seeing Dr. Farid Georges for a few years now and each and every single time we’ve been treated with an exceptional service. Dr. Farid is always friendly and extremely attentive with his patients. He always explains everything in detail and makes sure I understand every single process of what he will be doing. As well as making sure all my questions are answered. Best dentist, I highly recommend!
