It has been 2 years since I took stuff to the auction and have not been paid for it. I've called numerous times and was told they missed it and are doing an audit and would get back to me. Still no money and no phone call. Very upset I trusted Tracey.

Asked for help, got a semi automated reply. Went to their office lady comes to the door tells me they are closed, I offered her my money and she would not take it or help me. I drove across the city to make good on my bid. I live an hour and a half away was in city for another appointment. So not impressed. They block you on messenger the moment there is problems.

The auction was easy to participate in with a good system put in place for booking a pickup time. The young and new employee needed some guidance and since it was my first time, we both were a little unsure of the procedure. After you are done bidding and paying for your items, remember to keep your payment transaction handy for a quick reference for claiming your items. It's a good place (online) to find some cool treasures.
