Disappointed in the thoroughness of the cleaning. Not terrible, but not what I would expect for the higher than average pricing.

Never had issues here. Great with sewing patches on my military uniforms and a quick turn around for my dry cleaning.

I recently got my wedding dress and husband's suit cleaned here. It was an outdoor wedding, and so the whole train on my dress was completely black! I was so impressed when they gave me both items back in PERFECT condition. The price was fair, much cheaper than Cotty's, and the customer service was great! The ladies were very friendly and sweet.

Always friendly service, and live up to what they say they are going to do. I have had several garments cleaned here, as well as repairs and pants hemmed.

Fast and friendly service. I will definitely use they services again. I would recommend to anyone.

This business does not even deserve one star. Almost 3 months ago I dropped off my faux fur carpet. I asked the gentleman for a quote, which us gave me and said about $75 up to $90 max. I agreed and left the item. I wasn't in any rush to have this back, but after a month and a half I called in at which time they said they sent back to the outsourced cleaner since it wasn't to their standard. No problem on that end. I asked them to call when it was ready. I had not heard for another month and called myself. They said they had it and was ready for pickup. I asked for the total they said $189 + tax. This was very surprising. Since no one informed me of this huge fee, which I wouldn't have agreed to since we paid $150 for this carpet brand new. I spoke to the owner, who was not apologetic at all about the experience, instead was defensive and called me a liar about the quote. I asked him to check any camera footage bc that would prove otherwise, and also I would not have agreed for that fee. Had they even called me once to communicate their service, the delay, and the increased cost, I would be more understanding but they had not. I offered to pay the high end of my quote $90 plus tax and pick up my carpet upon which he refused. This business lacked etiquette, customer service and stole my carpet bc I wouldn't pay the more then double amount they pulled out of a hat. Stay away or they will try to rip you off too. Enjoy my carpet, theives!
