The best place to buy Toyota. I bought Toyota Rav4 back in 2016 from this location. Its been 5 years and i still have all the support from them. Jason the best sales person sorry i would say my friend. He explains every details and also helps me a lot even in the last 4 years if I have any trouble with car, road side assistance, insurance. whatever it is, he is the person to call for. Thanks to his remarkable assistance, my entire journey was seamlessly streamlined.

UPDATE MAY 30, 2023My son picked up his first ever vehicle last week, just a bit over 6 months from ordering as estimated by our sales person Tony.Everything went smoothly thanks to Antonio (Tony) our salesperson. I asked for something special as it was his first vehicle and he was able to borrow a big red bow from Lexus nearby.The vehicle was in great condition. A little dusty inside (mainly visible on interior door panels) but I wiped it all down with a damp microfibre cloth.4 business days later, Tony called to follow up to see how the vehicle was so far, if any concerns or questions about the vehicle. Excellent customer service from sales person Tony Polera.I highly recommend Tony and this dealership which did NOT have any forced add-on options, force leasing or financing, trade-in requirement and did NOT add any extra fees as many dealerships did during the Covid/short supply issues of 2020-2023.A dealership with integrity.My only negative was I had sent an email to Tony asking a question for Kal of Finance within the same month of signing the sales agreement last November as requested by Kal in person during the signing of the sales agreement. I could see Tony forwarded my question to Kal and it was not replied to. Over the next 3 months, I re-sent the email to Kal of Finance 2 more times and I never received any response. I then gave up. My son, following my footsteps, wanted to buy his first ever vehicle, a Rav4.I finally convinced my in-laws to buy Toyota and they bought a 2018 Limited Hybrid RAV4 from Antonio (Tony) Polera. I was there upon my in-laws request and remember Tony being very kind, patient, professional and knowledgeable.So I made an appointment for my son and I with Tony. As remembered, he was very kind, friendly, funny, professional and knowledgeable.My son and I took a Rav4 for a test drive and my son ordered a 2023 grey Rav4.Tony then introduced us to the sales manager Kal Rais and finance manager Daniel Zlatkine. As Tony, Kal and Daniel were kind and professional and NEVER pushy. They provided information, listened to us and were respectful.As this was a special moment for my son and I (my son’s first every vehicle and joining the Toyota family), I am so grateful that Tony, Kal and Daniel made this buying experience an excellent one.As a joke, trying to trick family and friends into thinking my son bought the beautiful Supra, Tony suggested a photo to send to my in-laws and others. About 50% of the people it was sent to believed it!Oh and my son sat in the new Tundra with the updated multimedia display and he fell in love with that truck. Bought my first new 4Runner here back in July 2021. Louis was very helpful and gave me an excellent price and allowed both my wife and I to test drive multiple times before buying. This was the first positive car shopping experience for me and hope for this to continue.Update* i reduced rating to 3 stars due to the long service wait times at entrance. For my first oil change I had to wait 20min just to book my car in. I also found the warranty sales associate too pushy. Otherwise this is a good place to buy a hard to find Toyota without inflated prices.

I have excellent experience with Mr. Jason Zhang from downtown Toyota. He is very professional and nice and tries his best to find the best fit car for me at the lowest cost. At first I am not sure what kind of car I should buy, I am thinking to buy a SUV. When Jason saw my bad driving skills, he recommended me to buy a small car which is easier for me to drive. I compared a lot of dealers, only Jason tried to help me get best price car and explained to me very clearly and professionally. He is very kind after buying the car, He helped me all the time. I am highly satisfied with the delivery of my brand new 2023 Camry XSE AWD. The car was delivered to me in a perfect condition. Both exterior and interior were cleaned prior to delivery, no scratch, and all four disc brakes were cleaned (not rusted).I purchased this vehicle from Luis Martins. He communicates in a timely manner and is very professional. He is also very genuine, honest, and friendly. He provided me with exceptional customer service and gave me a quick call every 2-3 weeks to update me on where I am in the delivery process and answered all my questions. Downtown Toyota should take pride in having such a great product advisor on their team.
