These guys are great, brought an older Camaro in and asked them to do a safety check and a few other little things. My car runs way better now and it didn't break the bank!

Scott and his team are conscientious, quality service providers. As a female customer, he treated me with respect and kindness, extending himself beyond the expected to make something right for me. He used the situation as an educational opportunity for his team so they could provide even better service. As someone without automotive expertise, it's a huge relief to be able to place my trust in him and the folks at Shawnigan Garage. This is a business with integrity and that goes a long way in our small community.

Can't say enough about the staff - so willing to help. They went way out of their way to assist.me with a crisis. Locked the keys in my RV with the engine running and my puppy inside. To top it off it was parked in front of the gate so no one could get in or out. Blair found a window open an shimmied in. He refused payment and.its a long way from the garage in his tow truck. I will go out of my way to use Shawnigan Garage services in future. Thanks guys!

I live in Nanaimo now, but used to work at Shawnigan Lake school as a Driver. They have a lot vehicles serviced here. I also had my own serviced here. The staff is great and the mechanics are excellent!! I feel they go above and beyond to take care of their customers!!
