Normally I'm not a Starbucks fan because of their unnecessary political positions You walk in the door and they are friendly. There is nice music playing. The lattes taste amazing and the service is quick. I was very impressed. Great outdoor seating.

Every time I go to this Starbucks location I leave very disappointed. The service is terrible beyond words. Staff is on their cell phones, chatting with other staff before even starting my order, not able to make a drink while waiting for food to warm up, moving extremely slow for no reason. There was no line and I waited over 15-20mins for one drink and one food item.

Was not impressed by the attitude of the baristas was giving me. Her customer service skills were awful. I am lactose intolerant and wasn’t sure if my drink was made with almond milk and she was telling me I was wrong. She was so rude for absolutely no reason. I can’t remember the name of the lady who was working on the till but she was lovely and re made my drink for me.

A coffee shop that doesn't open until 8am.Obviously catering to only the office crowd who don't start work until 9am.The rest of us who start earlier are out of luck.Also, this location charges $3.10 for a Grand Pike, where as every other location I have visited in Calgary, charge $2.89.Won't be back.

Always make my order perfectly, very efficient and friendly they recognize me and others I've notice to say hello and ask how the day was or about your plans. Prefer this location over the drive through in town and get my coffee here even if not when getting groceries.

Ordered five drinks was not offered a drink tray nor straws. I had to wait until the person behind me who was perched at the pick up counter was done as the counter staff wasn't interested in making eye contact or acknowledging me. For the price of the drinks customer service is sadly lacking.
