I got a car from them in 2022 October . I couldn't even drive for 3 months. It broke down at the intersection and that man who is running that dealing shop now did not do anything when I talked him what happened. He did not keep his promises.very very bad especially what they do to an immigrant know nothing.

Went in to look for a replacement car as mine had been written off. Looked at a couple of cars but checked out one in particular. Gord met with us and was upfront and honest about this car. Put a deposit on it and when I get the insurance money, I will be driving away in my new older car. Great old fashion value was given. No pressure used.

Gord and Adam gave us amazing service. Very friendly, very easy to deal with and no pressure sales. Because of the difficulty with transportation, they willingly drove the vehicle themselves from Nanaimo directly to our door in Victoria - at no additional charge!! Gordon is the most accommodating salesperson. I bought a vehicle from him 10 years ago and was so satisfied i was sure that my new to me car would be there for a good price. I wouldn't hesitate to buy from him again. Now I have a nice clean good running reliable car with great mileage. Best deal in town.

Do not recommend at all!! Service seemed great and honest, but no! Seemed to have hid vehicle issues from us. We bought an SUV a few months ago and has been a disaster ! So many things wrong as it sits now unusable! The vehicle was never properly checked before being sold. It was an inexpensive vehicle and not perfect, but would think it would last longer than a few months, 1st day battery gone, antena motor super noisy, the next week fab, gas gage and altinator all toast. Front brakes are gone too...Very disappointed we also should have not trusted and bought, our fault for falling for it.

Gord was extremely helpful and kind. My car is being written off and after going from used lot to used lot I ended up at wheeling and dealing and I couldn't be happier with my new to me vehicle. Except the engine seized a week after I had it and the vehicle that replaced it has its own issues.
