GTA Dispatch is very professional and they do great work. Nelson, the president of the company who is always on-site, is great to answer any questions and provide solutions. After over 20 years of being in business, Nelson has exceptions knowledge of asphalt paving.Our condo townhouse complex has used GTA Dispatch on two separate occasions to repave some driveways, and most recently (June 2022) to repave some degraded areas on our main roadway around the complex. Called for an estimate and they replied promptly, set up an appointment and Nelson arrived accordingly. Very professional, described in detail what was to be done. Provided a written quote itemizing the stages of the job and when payments would be due. I requested some minor changes to the work ti be done and the estimate was changed accordingly - no problem. The quote was very competitive. They requested no money up front (l having been stung before with so called paving companies so was apprehensive) You only pay in increments based on work actually done. Kept me well informed, answered all my questions most promptly. Returned telephone messages and emails promptly. Many within minutes. Following excavation gave me plenty of time for me to complete setting fence posts. Arrived 3red week in June and finished the paving in 1/2 day. Paving seemed very generous in thickness. The finished job looks great. Paid the final payment at completion of the job. Extremely satisfied and have agreed to have a poster displayed in my front lawn. Looks great, cost was very reasonable. The paving crew were most considerate and customer service oriented. I would recommend them most highly.
