Overall, this restaurant is one of the best restaurants in my life.Parking: The restaurant is super close to the parking area for Banff downtown, taking less than one minute to walk.Booking: Online booking is available through OpenTable. However, be mindful of the booking, OpenTable will charge the customers 20 for each customer if they do not show up for their reservation.Service: The servers are nice; nothing to complain about.Food: I ordered dishes, including POTATO GRATIN, SURF AND RANCH PLATTER, CEDAR PLANK SALMON and GARDEN SALAD, which you can see from the pictures I uploaded. We had enough good for 4 people.The recommended dishes include:POTATO GRATIN is amazing, which is crispy on the surface and tasteful inside. I recommend it as a definite try.SURF AND RANCH PLATTER is marked as MP, market price, on the menu. We had it for 220 in May, and the price may fluctuate in different periods. The lobster on this dish is very good with their sauce.The rest of the dishes are pretty normal in this price range.

By far the best steak I’ve had in my entire life! We spend in two days over $650 just for food and drinks and I honestly would go and do that again if we had enough time. The food and quality and everything was absolutely 10/10. Our waitresses were so nice and so knowledgable and the recommendation was just perfect. Rarely ever I give 10/10 review but this was just perfect!!

We had steak tartare and oyster as starters and aged beef for main course, with fries extra. I was expecting this restaurant would have carpaccio however the waitress said it’s no longer available so I was kind of disappointed cause I saw the photo on Google and it looked really good. Steak tartare could not be a replacement, not that impressive. The steak wasn’t that good either for that price. Some part was dry and cooked, we ordered medium rare. I think it was overpriced for the whole experience, spent $140 per person.

Decided to dine in after reading all the good reviews online. However the steaks were very disappointing and the lobster fried rice was a joke. We tried the Taste of Alberta and let me tell you, this is not how Alberta beef is suppose to taste like. Supermarkets sell better beef than this. I feel like it is a tourist trap. The food was over-priced for the taste.

Chuck's Steakhouse restaurant offers a top-notch steak dining experience.It's not just the food that's outstanding, but also the service, atmosphere, and drinks. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating to us.A perfect steak cooked to perfection and beautifully presented! I absolutely enjoyed every aspect of the meal.There is also a very good wine list and the prices are very reasonable.Get a reservation and ask for a window seat. Get there early to enjoy panoramic mountain views and make the experience even better.

Amazing service and food presentation. Stylish atmosphere. Food tasted great. I was expecting a bit more from stake for that price, it was pretty good. Caesar salad tasted amazing and getting tossed in front of you giving that extra wow factor

We went to Chuck's to celebrate my sister's birthday and informed them when making the reservation. Unfortunately, we didn't feel the birthday celebration as there were no birthday wishes or a dessert with Happy Birthday" written on it. The steak was delicious

Chuck's Steakhouse is a carnivore's paradise! The menu is a meat lover's dream, offering a variety of succulent steaks cooked to perfection. The star of the show was undoubtedly their perfectly cooked steaks—juicy, tender, and bursting with flavor. I highly recommend trying their Wagyu steak , it was a melt-in-your-mouth experience. The sides were equally impressive, with the loaded baked potato stealing my heart. The portion sizes were generous, ensuring we left with a satisfied appetite.

Best place to eat in Banff! While we were here, we checked out as many places as we could, and Chuck’s easily took the top spot.We had such a great waiter who provided impeccable service. In fact, we became fast friends while we were there.We had an incredible meal too - their dirty martinis were excellent as was our wine recommendation.We ordered the Benchmark ribeye steak, baby wedge, potato gratin, and the panfried mushrooms which were all top notch. Come hungry because you will roll out of there by the time you’re done.Come dressed well and enjoy a beautiful meal in a beautiful place!

Chuck's Steakhouse & Patio
We visited Chuck’s a couple days ago and were quite disappointed in the steaks. For the price they were charging, the steak was not that great. The sides were okay, we enjoyed the mushrooms, garden salad and potato gratin. The mashed potatoes were mid. Overall not worth the price we paid. But service was great though! Our waitress was very friendly and helpful :) My two stars goes to her ⭐️⭐️
