I sought out Matt’s help as a life coach as his writing inspired and resonated with me. I hoped I would use his help to work on my perspective and balance my life, but in the end, I learned much more. Through Matt’s ability to deeply listen and look at topics differently, I was able to change how I communicate with my children, how I engage in my career, live and communicate with my wife and find time for my own mental health. His thoughtful comments and challenges helped me reframe difficulties I was facing and find opportunities to be the best version of myself. Not only has Matt been through, and figured out a lot, he is also a genuinely good person and a kindred soul. I highly recommend engaging Matt’s services to elevate your life and live with a better grasp of compassion for others and yourself.

The man with an ear, a heart and soul for guidance and an intellect to engage. I had the privilege to engage in Matt's services to discuss my professional passions and goals. Where shall I begin?Mathieu was a joy to work with right from the beginning. He was our wedding photographer and from the very first text I could sense his warm and friendly demeanour. I had already booked a photographer who had to unfortunately cancel just a month before the wedding due to an emergency. Divine Grace prevailed after much stress and searching and Green Tea Photography showed up on my tiny cell phone screen during the wee hours of a Wednesday morning in July. I was captivated by the crisp vibrant photos and Matt's journalistic style of photography. I immediately knew he had to shoot our wedding - it was just meant to be.Matt arrived for the bridal prep shoot at the crack of dawn with a wonderful smile and cheerful attitude. He made me feel at ease and went out of his way to shoot beautiful, artistic angles. As a lot of my own family couldn't be present for the wedding I had very little help getting ready. Amazingly Matt jumped in ready to help whenever he could. I still remember panicking that my bindi - a decorative mark worn in the middle of the forehead by Indian women - was too big and had to be cut down to size. He took it and like magic, a moment later, I was handed a smaller sized bindi and my pre wedding jitters were put to rest. I will be forever grateful for all his help. Also he was extremely patient with my VERY impatient family and obliged everyone with a joyful smile.The wedding photos were an absolute delight. Matt covered all the key aspects of our Hindu wedding and so much more. He captured so many emotions and in-between expressions of joy and sadness. He even went out of his way to accommodate countless number of guests who wanted him to take photos of them with their cell phones (imagine that!).Now as you venture into new adventures my friend, I wish you all the success in the world. For any one reading this I can say without doubt that you are in the best of hands and you have got yourself a gem of a person to coach/mentor/guide you in your life's journey. You truly could not have asked for a more sincere and honest person. Honest, genuine, and inspiring. You will never meet another soul quite like his. Matt walks the talk -- he has successfully applied all of the principles he teaches to his own life & he makes me believe that I can do the same. Would recommend to absolutely anyone, regardless of age, stage, or gender.

I can understand the hesitancy behind hiring a coach or a guide. Mathieu however, is the real deal. He's gone through it. He's been there and he's come out a better person. That's what I needed when I met him and in many ways he's changed my perspective and even my life. I'm so thankful for his help and wisdom. My business partner and I met Mat a couple of months ago. We are considering moving to Ottawa, and reached out to Mat and his wife Ann to talk about the photography industry in the area. Not only did Mat invite us into his own home, he made every effort to make us feel incredibly comfortable there. We had never met or really communicated at all except for a handful of emails! He had all the fixings for personal pizzas that we made together, and willingly told us everything he thought would be helpful for our move. He answered every question so thoughtfully. I'm not sure if I've ever met a more genuine and kind human.I think it's important to stress that I hardly know Mat at all. He has this wonderful ability to make a person feel at ease. I would trust any guidance he offered me. I know it's wise, and I know it comes from a desire to genuinely help others. That's evident in his willingness to help out 2 complete strangers for nothing in return (except the cupcakes I offered him, hehe).I think a life coach is an absolutely perfect next chapter. I wish I could give more than 5 stars.:)
