I’ve been using this company for two plus years . I must say the customer service is absolutely terrible. I would not recommend anyone using this brokerage. Today I was told by Cindy and Helen Ho that if I was unhappy with the service I can leave .They make endless mistakes and take no accountability. I would never recommend this company to anyone . When you try to get a hold of customer service/ Human Resources they tell you someone will call you back , no one ever follows follow regardless customer feedback . I have decided to move to a more reliable brokerage where my business is appreciated.
