Can smell strongly of perfume if you have a scent allergy do not recommended going into the store. Staff is very helpful and knowledgeable.

Bad customer service for a high end store. It was my first time going into this location on Saturday May 20 at 3:25pm and no one even greeted me. I went to get my Birthday gift and the girl who I was talking to kept laughing and acting unprofessional towards me. There was also something wrong with their system because they weren't able to pull up my stuff despite telling them I for sure have an account.The girls that worked there seemed rude and acted like they didn't want to help me.This place honestly needs better people working for them because for a high end place ,they should have professional people that actually care about helping customers who are spending their hard earned money, instead of hiring unprofessional people that clearly lack basic customer service skills.

I would like to say a HUGEE thank you to Sahar for all of her help today with all the questions i had. she helped me add new products into my makeup routine and products to start my skin care journey taking into consideration my sensitive skin. she was absolutely amazing and deserves recognition for that. thank you gorgeous keep being amazing ❤️

so i went to this sephora and one of the workers with orange hair was following me around the whole time and was standing over me everything i did with out even saying a word. then when i went to check out she was like didn’t u have a blush which i put back but she was implying that i stole it when i wasn’t being sus at all. only shop here if you want chucky harassing u the whole time.!

Honestly some of the worst customer service lol. I’ve had a few girls who were super nice and helpful but majority will ignore you. Trying to find someone to help you is near impossible. I’ll be standing waiting for someone to come ask if I need anything and they will walk by you and avoid eye contact. I’ve always had to ask someone to help me, seem to be too interested in their own conversations rather than helping you. Also their stock online is never correct, always says it’s in stock but never is.

Came to Sephora for some casual shopping with friends - immediately the manager decided to call the security guard and very obviously pointed us out most likely due to our young age. All of us frequently shop and spent money at Sephora so to be faced with this treatment makes us not want to come back. Not all young girls steal, very disrespectful to all us. Will not be going back anytime soon.

I have shopped from different Sephora’s around the county and I just had the worst experience ever at this location. I have heard stories of people being followed in stores, this was my first experience. Myself and two other shoppers who are none poc went to grab Perfumes while still shopping, within a few minutes I saw one of the employees nudge the other and she walked up to me and said I need to have the perfume at the counter while I shop. Meanwhile nobody said anything to the other two white ladies who also took perfumes. This was the worst feeling I ve had while shopping at a store in a while. It’s 2023, racial profiling was so long ago. Y’all need a new act. It’s getting old at this point.

My first official visit. I'm 56 and a bit intimidated by all the products. I was greeted by Sahara who was amazing! Not pushy or condescending, knew her products, and did the upsell like a pro. I'll be back because of her for sure!!

Not surprised to see my experience here wasn’t a one off. I was trying to return a foundation that didn’t match my skin. They couldn’t find it in my account as my mother had purchased it for me. I just found the girls to be quite snooty and not helpful at all. Maybe offer to help me find one that does match my skin?!? I really just wanted to find an alternative (I told the first girl this) but they made it all about me not being able to return due to the 60 day policy.So happy she called over her manger who literally told me the exact same thing… just in a more condescending way.

I recently visited and I have nothing but nice things to say about this location! The staff was super friendly and quite helpful. The woman who has all the tattoos, bangs, copper hair colour, so so sweet! She helped me and I was probably annoying her with all the questions haha she was very patient with me. I hope the next time I need to replenish my products, I hope she’s working!
