Came into the store and was greeted kindly with a smile. They have great customer service and amazing selection for drinks. Everything I ordered tasted fresh and it is the best bubble tea I have ever had! Also I highly recommend the waffle cones!

The staff is super nice and very helpful.Tea taste is not watered down like some other bbt chains, even other Gong Cha locations.This place's tea is great (aroma/strength), toppings is generous.They just opened, and are off to a great start!

So happy to have a Gong cha location in Burlington now! They have so many great flavours and toppings to choose from, it is hard to decide what drink to get! The Oreo Coffee milk tea is delicious. And love their pearls. Since it's grand opening week, we also received a 20% discount on our drinks. Very friendly staff, clean store and good amount of seating. A good plaza to have a bubble tea spot!

The best bubble tea place in the area. Highly recommended Milk Foam Green Tea. The business owner, Thai who went above and beyond to solve my payment issue and contacted me a week later to make sure I received the refund.The store is bright and clean, usually little to no wait time. Will definitely visit again.

Good drinks here, like many other gongcha places I find their drinks to be really sweet which is great if you have a sweet tooth. I usually order a peach green tea with 0% sugar and the drinks are sweet from the boba and toppings you add since they are cooked with sugar syrup, you get a nice taste of tea with a hint of sweetness.

I never leave reviews but had to for this. Best bubble tea place in Burlington! The staff are amazing, the facility is so clean and inviting. And don’t get me started on the drinks, so yummy! Highly recommend.

The tea in the bubble tea tastes much stronger than other bubble tea places I've had around. Lots of interesting options and glad there's a new bubble tea shop in the area. 20% off all drinks in the store as well.
