Great service, my baby boy had an accident on the floor the other day after a bath; we were picking out some treats and he must have smelt another dogs scent because before I knew it we were standing in a puddle. The staff was very considerate and understanding and helped deal with the situation immediately.

Will NEVER go back to the Ponoka Location.Been going there since this store opened, close and super convenient but I’ll be driving to LACOMBE PV from now on.The new owners are HORRIFIC.A nightmare to deal with, just Rude!!!Clearly only motivated by $$$ .

Good variety of cat and dog foods, treats and toys but not much of anything else really. I bought little booties for my med/large dog for 60 or 70 dollars thinking they would help her sensitivity to the cold but they aren't designed very well at all and easily fall off which was also disappointing.
