First time I have ever been to a sleep clinic. There was about 10 patients in line, and after checking in, which was very smooth, the wait for the sleep clinic technician/doctor was fairly quick. He was very thorough and professional, and explained everything in detail on how the process worked. The bed was comfortable, but I didn't sleep much, as the wires were very uncomfortable to sleep with. I managed to get about 2 hours of sleep, and that was it. The staff I dealt with were very pleasant, and the environment was very clean and professional.

They turn their phone off during regular business hours and become unreachable. Have had to bother doctors to fax over referrals and have been treated as if im bothering them. I didn’t know it was so offensive to be sick. I cannot wait to put this MDAC chapter behind me. What a headache.

Waited 6 weeks and finally went in to get my appointment day. Day of appointment went in and stuck in room for 1 1/2 hours and I felt like I was forgotten. Sleep was awful but the worker at the time was friendly and knowledgeable. Now we wait for another 6 weeks for results hopefully.

Waiting for an appointment for 6 weeks just to find out they neglected to call me and set up an appointment. After the second referral I get an appointment and when I show up (on time) the receptionist is dealing with another client that in turn makes me late to sign in and after waiting another 5 min in the waiting room am told that because I am late they can not see me and are unable to re-schedule an appointment so I will have to wait for a cancelation in which they will call me a couple days in advance....what a complete joke of an institution.

Quick and helpful email support! Was able to get a response within 30 minutes. Clinic called and helped me schedule a sleep study.Edit: Dana was proficient at their duties. Enjoyed my stay at the Clinic, had a great sleep even with wearing all the required wires!

Have been waiting 7 months for my results...my clinic has called them repeatedly.. they were told they cudnt send attachments...wud u not get that fixed...I called and was told they would mail the results to me...never happened...now I have called them 4x...they don't even respond..not a very professional place...

No one around to greet anyone. I waited half hour in the waiting room and not a soul was to be found. Three other people came in and 2 left that got tired of waiting. Finally had someone check me in then waited again.Very cold uninviting atmosphere. Very poorly run outfit. Next time I will ask to be booked somewhere else that can do the test for me rather than come here again

Night staff are well trained and thorough... day staff on the other hand are inconsiderate or understaffed... waiting on hold for most of an hour is inappropriate for a small healthcare facility... I actually nodded off and nearly got hung up on. . . they are in the business of dealing with sleep disorders so putting people on extended hold kind of goes against their own mandate... 41/2 stars for night staff 1star for day staff...
