Terrible company to work for. They will lie to you about how much money you make, promise benefits and then after probation period you will receive neither of these things. I've also been trying to get remaining payment from them after leaving the company and have been forced to go through ministry of labor. The managers are mostly incompetent. They get by on underpaying people and replacing them regularly as needed.

Spoke with 2 dispatcher guys (at Delta location) trying to arrange two odd size items shipping from Victoria to Surrey.Both gentlemen were very helpful and took the time to get all the info and to relay it all to the driver. Driver showed up delivered the two items, (which ended up a little larger than I stated) and again, great service and dropped them off with problem.Dan Foss = Good customer service.Thanks DF

Bad HR. I applied there 2 months ago, filled in all the paperwork, I was told that everything was good and I should get training the week after. Still no answer, can't reach them by phone or email. A complete waste of time.

Dan foss does not follow worker rights in BC when terminating employees. Pay must delivered within 48 hrs.. I should of received my final pay yesterday (friday)Literally use any other courier service if possible. Dan Foss has always and will always put profits before people. They do not give OT pay either. Very poorly cheaply managed federal company.They're sister company CVCT for whatever reason is run alot more professional and better managed

Send me management's email for a picture if you want***Completely irresponsible drivers blocking access to underground parking in and out access of a parkade on busy Davie St. and created a dangerous situation. Do you want to trust your packages with people who make unsafe decisions like this? Think twice about using this company.

I was very disappointed when I went for interview. I worked for Amazon before and did a great job for them.When I went for interview,first thing came out of her mouth was ,there is a small chance to hire you because you worked there before.I had a surgery and by the time I recovered the company that I worked for was gone(acc/ac final.Anyways she dragged me down there to tell me that and fill out forms and have my picture taken and I never heard of them before.Doing amazon is not everyone's cup of tea.I was very good at what I was doing and how I got treated.They only panic for prime time to hire peaple .To make the matter worse they cut back on wages and mileage.If you want to work in high stress environment and little money then this is for you.I got a job now and am very happy .I wonder if the owner of dan foss knows what's happening.Very very disappointed

Professionalism is out the window with this company drivers swearing at women calling them names .. then the manager sides with the driver when a complaint is made.. pretty sad

I guess parking is not your thing. Normally I don’t mind but when interfere with my work and prevent me from doing it. It seems fair to me to take a picture of it or maybe call the tow truck
