Never write a review before, but here to appreciate the customer service that me and my wife enjoyed. came here today and last Sunday for dining. One lady served us today and everything was okay and good.However, the service was nothing compare to last Sunday. shout out to that guy (sorry don’t remember the name, brown guy with earring). such a happy and welcoming person….Hope to see u in our next visit.Food was hot and great as always

My sister and I went for dinner on a Friday night a couple of weeks ago. Izzy was our waitress. Right away she knew that we liked lots of lemon in our water. She had remembered us from a previous visit. (without even asking). She was extremely professional and attentive to our needs. We ordered the chicken rotisserie salad and again she knew right away that we liked a little more dressing on the side. 5 Stars for Izzy and her attentiveness.

Cook hides in the back and doesn't wear hair covering while hovering over everyone's food even though he is required to. If they can't follow a simple health regulation, what else are they doing back there that we can't see? We won't come back until they can follow health regulations and company policies

We were here because a previous takeout order missed an item and so we came in to collect our free pie as compensation. The in-house dining experience was so good, I may never get take out again. Our server (Sagal S.) was extremely attentive without hovering and in the end we got our free pie AND a substantial discount. Of course the food was fresh and delicious (as always).

Service was slow with three tables and two servers. Drove down from Huntsville to have dinner with my father for his birthday. Two beers took 25 minutes to be served along with apple juice and a simple water with lime. Daughter had pizza with a side of fries which I’m pretty sure was no name pizza or pre-made (this took 35 minutes to come) and fries were soggy/dried out. Ordered two quarter chickens and a half chicken with an appetizer of perogies. perogies were freezer burnt and cold inside and they were sent back but they tried to charge me for them. Chickens were all dry which means they were either over cooked or left under the heat lamp and when the manager was told this she got confrontational which was unacceptable as it was communicated from the start for the hour and a half we were in the restaurant. Would never recommend this location for anything and I used to frequent here a lot when I lived in the area.

Horrible experience. Walked in around 8pm this evening and the place was mostly empty. Hostess made eye contact and walked away to chat with the kitchen for a few minutes while we waited to be seated.My fiance has a bad back and when the middle aged hostess finally returned, we had requested a booth for our party. She rudely declined and said it's not going to happen.The booths were literally 10 feet away from where most people were already sitting, and she said it's closed" and that her server should've already left 30 minutes ago... Excuse me? The restaurant was open for another 2 hours

We always have such a great experience with the staff when we come to this location with our family. Today in particular, we went in to place a huge order for an upcoming event and Sukhwinder and the team went above and beyond for my husband and I. I can't thank this team enough for their kindness and their patience. Your customer service is incredible!

What absolute trash of a location!!Placed a mobile order, was given a 15 minute wait time. Waited, parked and when it came time I notified that I was there. Received a text saying they would need a few minutes... fine...I wait. In that time their drive-thru had no cars, the people parked next to me came and left and the next people came and left. Not a single person was there waiting. After 10 minutes post-standard 15 minute wait time I decide to call.Her response is 'I don't know, the kitchen is making the orders based on when they come in'Me: can you check on it, ask them to hurry upHer: no, I won't do thatThis location is never busy! How do they always find themselves with a line...If I could cancel a mobile order...I would have happily done so. Absolutely trash! Always has been terrible for their speed and attentiveness but holy hell!By the time I got my order it was all coldPick up time was supposed to be 8pm, actually got the order at 8:20.Do better!
