Tabitha is a great instructor! She is so much fun and really makes the work outs enjoyable! Have definitely been able to see progress with her classes! Highly highly recommend!

Tabithas classes are amazing! She gives you a total body workout to fun music, and keeps the energy always positive. Her encouragement throughout the class makes it a great experience. She gives you ways to make it easier or harder no matter your fitness level! I definitely recommend her classes to anyone!
