Alexander Graham Bell PS

I came in grade 6. I'm now in 8th grade with two months left here. I love this school! The activities, the contests, the lessons. There are a few teachers that I personally dislike, but they are good at their job. We learn so much. Thank you AGBell for the experience! I will miss coming here every day.

Really good staff, and really nice teachers, but the students are a bit reckless & immature

Very good for a new gifted student, but a lot of the mainstreams (not gifted) are very violent and will break out fights at any moment. Overall, I believe you should have. a good idea about the school before thinking of arguing with someone. Some of my classmates also fat shamed one of my friends which should not be tolerated.

The worst school. My daughter is in grade 3 and she was locked out of her classroom 2 weeks ago to calm her down. Is this a good idea? This was done by a Ms. Mayer".My daughter has special needs and this is how the school handles a child in crises.Today her teacher incited the entite class to shout at my daughter 'time..time..time" because she was taking too long to gather her things. And this lovely teacher told the class it was my daughter's fault they were missing out on gym.Not a good school."

UPDATE 2020-05-10 3:44PMso i'm in First year of high school, and i'm in quarantine and i got bored and came on here to update my remark on this school.Unpopular opinion, but i actually love school. this school was a very fun experience and it has taught me very informative things that have prepped me for high school pretty well. while i joined this school in grade 3, the school made me feel welcomed and i quickly made a great friend group that only expanded with people has the years went by. if i could rewind time to re-enroll into this school, i'd gladly do it. this school was perfect to be honest (at least at the time period when i joined), and even though i disliked it when i was in the school due to the ups and downs, after looking back at all the amazing times i had with my friends with all the teachers that helped me along the way academically, i can't recommend this school enough.tl;dr this school sick fam

I love this school! I made lots of new friends there and I really miss it, I had to move away, but the school is GREAT! A.G.Bell is the best school that I have ever been too! I really miss going there. I went there from Grade 4 to 6 because I was in the gifted program.

this school is HORRIBLE. if you were not in ms.rabjohn's class, than you must have guardian angels on your side. she was very rude and i should have called 911 and reported child abuse. she does not work here anymore but i still say that this school is bs and do not go here.

i still go to Ag bell it is honestly a little immature but otherwise great school .Also my teacher is Ms Cassidy

I graduated in June of 2020, during COVID. The school is a generally welcoming and nice place. Utilities and property is taken care of and up-to-date, and majority of the teachers are really nice people! Only issues I have with the school are the lack of communication between parents and teachers, and the amount of bullying that takes place on school grounds being left unresolved. My brother has autism and is very easily influenced by others. He has been mocked and mimicked in every way imaginable. When seeking help for this problem, my mother was told that he was being kept inside (punished) during recesses and lunch because of the other children harassing him. I see this as extremely inappropriate as he has done nothing do deserve that treatment. I have also found that special needs students are not treated fairly. I once watched one of the kindergarten teachers SHAKE a little girl off of her chair and onto the floor of the main corridor. She proceeded to be left unattended in the hallways, banging on the classroom door to be let back in…. they LEFT her out there. I have also had to deal with sexual harassment alongside many other females in the school, led by the “popular” boys in my classes. Teachers heard the things they said to me and said about me and my body yet still did absolutely NOTHING. They had tried to touch me multiple times but having a good, tight-knit circle of friends shut it down IMMEDIATELY. So if you have children that are prone to bullying and harassment, have more developed figures, or disabilities, KEEP THEM AWAY FROM THESE STUDENTS!!! And if you have a bully of a child, send them here, they’ll have a great time at this circus of a school! Much love:)
