Huge selection of rare retro games. I was surprised to see some of the titles they have. Great spot for collectors and the prices are fair, averages around the same prices on Ebay, some a little less, others a little more.

A small hidden gem for collectors and gamers! I have found every retro system and game I've wanted here. Thanks to these guys I got my dad a Sega Game Gear for Christmas that he's wanted for 10+ years. Great selection, no, best selection. Fair trade in values / cash value. Fair prices. I have been shopping with Nexwave since the mid 2000s. I've watched them grow and then minimise again. They're always without a doubt one of my favourite used video game stores. I've been frequenting their store(s) for nearly 20 years for a reason. The selection is always good, the prices are more than reasonable and they value their customers and give decent trade value which always keeps me coming back.

It's a very nice little store with a cozy atmosphere. There's a LOT to look at and marvel over.The gentleman who runs the shop is incredibly kind and he definitely knew what he was talking about. He told us how to look out for game cartridges that were illegitimate so we could watch out for fakes in the future.I picked up a few Pokémon games and a Gameboy Colour. Everything was in great condition, and I definitely trusted that everything was tested and the batteries for the cartridges were replaced. It all works perfectly. I'm very happy with the service and the stuff I got! He even let me physically grab the things I wanted, which was really nice.I can already tell I'll be back! There's a bunch of stuff that would satisfy anyone looking to relive the glory days.

I was in recently. My step brother was in the city and I wanted to show him this store as I know they care about what they do.The only down side is they have a strong opinion against certain products, like the Retron 5.I'm good with that, but if you're going to recommend something, know more about it.He kept calling the PolyMega the WonderMega.It took me 2 seconds on google to find what he was referring to.I will go back for the games and to buy whatever they have as they do clean and test.I wouldn't ask for advise though. It should be non-biased and well informed.

Sold a bunch of my retro handheld games and console games last weekend. Service was amazing! Owner was very knowledgeable and prices were more than fair. The three staff that were there were friendly, chatty. I will definitely be going back. Bought a Genesis and some old games from my childhood that made me very happy. Customer service seems to be a rare thing these days and they all made me feel very welcome.

Highly recommend for trade-ins! Has a great selection of pre-owned and vintage games. I brought in an old game I didn't know was valuable and the owner was honest with me and gave me a fair price. Really appreciate it!

Sold a bunch of my collector's video games here, and I've got to say, this place pays the fairest prices! The owner is absolutely amazing!Truly a hidden gem, they have all sorts of amazing finds here, you won't be disappointed. I highly recommend them.
