This moving company is so good all stuff are friendly and the owner is also friendly I got a quote from the in only minutes by phone they are reliable and good at there moving job I highly recommended to everyone.

Agreement with TTM was for 3 hours of service. Provided closer to 2 hours and there were more items to move but wanted the full payment for 3 hours. Refused to provide service for 3 hours.I paid owner/mover in cash immediately after the 2 hour move on Nov. 11th. Owner promised receipt will be sent promptly later in the day but did not and after contacting twice, sent an invoice rather than a receipt on the 15th. He said receipts only provided for payments by direct deposit. Contacted owner a third time on 15th and he said receipt will be sent in afternoon. Contacted owner a fourth time at night on the 15th when receipt was not received and said I will file complaint with Better Business Bureau and will post Google review. Receipt finally sent on 16th morning after owner received this message.Potential customers looking for service by TTM should insist on a written contract from owner detailing the service to be provided, the total charge and if a receipt will be provided or not. Although they came on time and moved all my items safely and are friendly, there is a minimum 3 hour charge and the full 3 hour payment will be required even if the move takes much less time. The owner did not inform me if this before the move date.Wasted a lot of time texting the owner for a receipt of payment and am not pleased being charged for 3 hours of service but being provided close to 2 hours.

Great prices so fast and they are reliable we will definitely use there moving service again.

I tried thier moving service twice. The owner was so nice and their prices are so good. They are reliable with moving and they have experiences I will highly recommend them.
