The people were friendly enough but they can't count. I paid for 8 pieces of chicken and got 7. I live in Port Alberni so it wasn't like I was going to come back. Come on people, I'm sure you can do better.

Just wanted to shout out the staff that worked closing on Tuesday 11th. I don’t usually eat fast food I didn’t realized I walked in the restaurant at closing time. The staff was so helpful and patient even thought I wasn’t familiar with the menu. They provided above and beyond customer service. Thank you very much for a great experience.

I really like Popeye's but this locations food is only okay. The popcorn shrimp was terrible and I did not eat it. The Cajun fries were good but the portion was very small. The chicken sandwich was actually really good, it was very moist with a subtle crunch. The chicken on the other hand was quite dry as it had been sitting under the heat lamps a long time. They also accidently gave our order to another table which was a bit concerning during covid and all. So if you are in for a chicken sandwich check them out otherwise I would suggest eating elsewhere.

First time trying Canadian Popeyes. Not too bad. Chicken tasty but not quite as good as chick fil a. Service slow and inefficient. Needs work.

Quantity is not worth . The quantity of fries and stuff is so less as its like serving it to the kids.I was in the store when i posted the review after they saw the review one of the employee gave me a free fries with an attitude on the face. Anyways wont be coming to this popeyes anymore

Food tasted fine, but made both me and the cat that stole some off my plate sick. Not the first time Popeye's has done me wrong, I won't eat there again.
