Not nice at all. After been her customers for over 7 years, she treated us in a very arrogant way today just because we were 15 minutes late due to our 2 months old baby is sick. It's a serious reason.Considering she called beforehand to see if we could go earlier because she wasn't busy.We traveled from Gort for nothing.Not to worry, plenty of groomers out there that will do their job in a more friendly and polite manner.

Highly recommend, Maggie goes above and beyond for you. Best service you'll get. Wouldn't bring my dogs anywhere else. We bring our two huskys and our GSD to her.
