Well organized, and secure...I was asked to pick up my friends boots, I was able to provide proof; nice to have been asked. Plus boots had been polished!

Tried it once be because it was closest, but it's overpriced and the woman has a really cold business attitude... I recommend trying other shoe repair shops around Van!

Amazing! Took my boots in for sole repair, was done in 3 days and the pricing is definitely one of the best in town. My boots came out polished and looking new. Highly recommended!

Paid close to $20 to have my shoe stretched and he didn't stretch it.

Brought some boots in that were a little tight for a stretch. $20 later and they fit like a glove now. Great work.

I had quite a negative experience at this establishment. Please, if you value your shoes or bags, do not ask for their advice or opinion. I totally ruined a pair of Michael Kor boots by using the product they recommended to protect the leather. I was later told that this product should never be used on leather!!!!!!!!!!!

Go somewhere else.I went here because it was closer to home. Re-think that thought. Not very friendly either. The soles of an older pair, but good quality shoes had dried, and had separated from the shoe. I took them into Davie Shoes (so he could see how the shoe should look after repairs. The other shoe still had it's sole intact, but he pulled it off saying that that pair needed work as well (true it would need repairs eventually - but not that day) - well after he did that, they certainly did.He charged me $24.00 for his service. I picked the shoes up. With closer inspection later, he had taken the original soles, and glued them both back on, but not entirely smoothly, and you can see the glue, small gaps, and uneven.$24.00 is a lot of money for glue - and not a very clean job. Normally for that amount of $$, the shop usually give me new soles, and levels out the heels. Go to the Denman Shoe Shop instead. Much nicer people, and I feel better workmanship.

Fixed my men's dress shoes for about $50. It was one of the lowest prices around and the workmanship was very good. The repair was done in a few days and ready on schedule. Job well done.

I have been taking my shoes to have repaired here for the past 10 years. They do an exceptional job and I love supporting small businesses.
