Expedia Cruises

Sent messages online to them. I got a few messages back from them asking what I wanted and when. I replied as to when I would like to go and where. Who ever I was messageing said her team would get back to me the next day. That was over 3 weeks ago no reply. I sent another message saying I hadn't heard from them ,still nothing.

We had the best of service from Carolyn MacKay in booking our trip, and in assisting in a major problem of flight cancellation while over seas.We knew it was a bit dicey as international air travel resumed and chose to book our European destination through Carolyn. Sure enough we ran into a cancelled flight that could have ruined our expensive vacation and family visit.We ran into phone access difficulty but we're able to reach Carolyn by social media. The problem was solved quickly with her direct access to Air Canada, salvaging our trip and allowing us to relax into the rest of our time away. Certainly with air travel in flux we would definitely make arrangements through Carolyn on upcoming trips.

The customer service is beyond amazing and their expertise and knowledge of all of the ships and what they offer made the booking easy and fun. Having recently returned from a 7 night cruise on the Royal Caribbean”Oasis of the Seas” I want to thank Expedia Cruise Ship Centre,Saint John,and in particular, Norma, our agent,for arranging this terrific family vacation. The ship was wonderful and perfect for my wife and I,our 2 daughters and son in law and especially for our 3 grandchildren. Norma went above and beyond to make sure that all went well for our family.We certainly recommend Expedia Cruise Ship Center,St John and Norma for your next family cruise vacation.

We could NOT have done our recent trip to Mexico without the help of Expedia CruiseShipCenter. More importantly they were there for us when we had a problem with the hotel...the hotel claimed that my daughter was booked as an infant and wanted to charge us more money. Carolyn made sure this did NOT happen! I would highly recommend using them...they were great to deal with to book and saved the day when we got there!
