Rudy was a pleasure to have address the problem with our Sump Pump. He quickly ascertained the issue and was able to provide a solution to the situation without leaving the site. He went above and beyond what was required to make sure that the replacement pump worked and that everything was set up neatly once he was done. A great installation that I would recommend for anyone needing this issue addressed.

Ac install after ac failure. They were amazing! Our house is structured so it is awkward to get set up but they were flexible and forgiving. They were also patient with our dog, and us. Thank you so much. Getting good service where we live is often difficult but they fit us in quickly and didn’t make us feel like we were inconvenient. I would highly recommend.

Rudy did a terrific job installing our new water softener system. He was professional, respectful of our home, timely and organized. Great service, always with a smile. And he really knows his stuff.

Ryan and Haley hooked up our air-conditioning as part of a furnace/air installation started by Browns in January. They did a thorough, professional job as a team!We had Ryan at our house previously doing some plumbing upgrading. Once again we were so impressed with the quality of work! Ryan really takes pride in doing a great job.

Our A/C unit stopped working, and we have always had a good experience in the past with Brown's, so we called them to take a look. Guy was extremely professional and incredibly nice to talk to. He took the time to describe everything he was doing and kept us informed every step of the way. Couldn't be more impressed with the professionalism. We won't hesitate to call Browns again in the future.

Ryan showed up first thing on Saturday morning for an emergency issue with our septic pump. He did a thorough inspection, gave a full report with recommendations for next steps and arranged for follow up in a few days. Super friendly and helpful service. It ended up being less expensive than we all expected too, which is a nice bonus. Thanks Ryan, 5⭐️ all the way!

I must say, Rudy is fantastic. We were having an issue with our shared well and expected that thousands of dollars may have been necessary to fix the issue by digging up the yard. Prior to his arrival to our home, Rudy looked at past inspections to bring himself up to date on our systems. That by itself was impressive! Upon his arrival, he patiently listened to our story. Then he set to work. He found a number of issues with the aging components and replaced and repaired them. While he worked, he kept us updated with what he was doing. It was clear to see that he knew his job well. After the work was completed, he performed more diagnostics and informed us what to do if we experience further problems. By the time Rudy left, we felt a great weight had been lifted.

First time using Brown’s. I had concerns about the ac’s performance. On the scheduled appt day it rained. However, the office staff was amazing with the rescheduling which turned out to be the same day.The tech, Guy was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and thorough about the issues. He provided excellent info and options and what the next steps would be for my options. Very pleased.

I decided to call BROWNS plumbing & heating for the first time to have my annual furnace and AC tuneup done.No disappointments with their service!As my old company had disappointed me last year.technician(Guy) showed up on time was very thorough on his work. Explained any preventative maintenance that needed to be done.Overall I would highly recommend browns if you’re looking for a professional and courteous company.They didn’t overbooked their tech, we’re not pushy on selling extra stuff that isn’t needed.the technician gave me pamphlet on the MVP program if I was interested.Definitely will be using them again next year. Or any other needs.

Guy was a pleasure to have here. He explained what he was doing so that I could understand it and charged me what I had been quoted. I will definitely use this company’s services again and will recommend them to others.
