U-Haul Neighborhood Dealer

The gentleman running this location is very nice and helpful. The prices are very competitive and he explained all of my questions very well. I completely understood the process and found this to be a much better experience than previous u-haul locations or other moving truck companies. Great location run by a helpful person. Thank you!

So far, all my experiences with this UHaul have been great! Their vehicles have been easy-going, well taken care of and accessible. It’s easy to keep up with returns and rentals on their website.No problems with staff, friendly and even work hard for many hours. Would recommend.

Honestly, the location looks sketchy. It’s a parking lot with an office run out of a trailer. However, this was the best service I’ve gotten at a U-Haul. Attendant was super nice and the truck was clean and ready to go when I got there.

They gave me a van that was dirty inside and windshield chipped. I rented it in the evening, returned early morning and they charged me for next day rental including CDW. When I called the guy to explain the charges, he said to speak with customer service and hung up on me.

I would give this zero stars if possible. We made a reservation a month ago for our move tomorrow. They just called us today to inform that they don't have the truck, and that their reservation system was at fault as the truck was never available.They agreed to give us another smaller truck at a different location as well as a discount, reduced milage, and longer use to make up for the extra and longer trips we will be taking (due to new pickup location.)Then they called us back to inform us that actually they don't have a truck available at this new location and if we want a truck we now have to pick up in another city.1 day before our scheduled move!

First time using this location. Everything went smoothly. The gentleman there took his time to explain everything to me and answered all my questions before leaving the site with the vehicle. I would most definitely use their services again. Highly recommended. Thank you for the ease of pick up and drop off.

This is the worst uhaul location. I have rented there frequently. Vehicles are dirty and almost always have issues. Twice in the last month i've rented a vehicle without functioning turn signals. When i filed a complaint with uhaul there was simply no response whatsoever. When i complained to the attendant (who should be checking that vehicles are safe before he rents them) he told me to call head office like he was completely absolved of all responsibility. Please don't go here.

The man running the show when I came by for a rental had the most impressive multi-tasking I've ever seen. Holding down phone calls, moving day line ups, the works. And still so helpful despite my having been too zonkered to complete my online booking. The guy's got real skill!

I was redirected from their branch on Parliament to this one. This branch had trucks covered in a foot of snow and there was ice all over, so much so they could not get the truck ahead of mine out. We had to help push this customer's truck out of the snow - this included by 65 year old Dad. It took 30 minutes for us to get our truck from the time we pulled up to getting on our way - as a result, I missed my service elevator booking.The staff member was under resourced at this location and apparently customers all over the city were being redirected there all morning. This individual was trying to help customers with their bookings, bill them, inspect their truck and push other ones out of the snow. I felt terrible for him.Ultimately, they actually didn't even have a chance to inspect the truck so when I opened the visor for the sun, a used mask dropped on my lap. See screenshot. I would not use Uhaul again after this experience.

Great service. Friendly and fast. Helped me in a pinch when another rental dealer cancelled my reservation last minute.
