My wife and I had a top notch experience with the recent purchase of our 2023 Nissan Pathfinder Platinum. It all started with Aaron Walsh from the Sales Department, whose deep knowledge of the cars that he is selling was invaluable in helping us make the right decision. We have talked a lot about what is important to us and what we're hoping to get out of the car for at least 7 years. Aaron took his time to answer all of our questions and offer suggestions. We truly felt that he was engaged in conversation with us, not rushing us and not trying to oversell anything. We got very honest answers that clearly painted the picture of pros and cons for us.After deciding to go for it, Aaron also helped us end the lease early on our previous Nissan Rogue so we could finance the new Pathfinder instead; big thanks to Windy Markel and Mike Chen from the Finance department as well, who facilitated the financing and thoroughly explained to all that we would be paying for and what extra services are available, again with proper pros and cons explanations.When we had the test drive and later when we picked up our new Pathfinder, Aaron again took his time to thoroughly explain every feature of the car so we would not have any issues with it after driving away from the dealership. It has now been a little over a week since our purchase and indeed there have been no issues.
