Entrust is a good place to place your love ones as their second home, staff are kind and firm, they are knowledgeable how to approach client behaviour, their houses are clean and safe to stay. Management in total they are nice, specially if employees are having problems they helped to cope up, I experienced this because I work with Entrust. Their behavioural specialist are excellent, they worked hand in hand with the team, they know how to modify client behaviour to become better.

I've worked closely with many of the team at Entrust over the past 5 years. I can say confidently, that their clients are the top priority. They work hard at providing the best staff and programs in the industry. Their leadership is also shown in the way they reinvest back into clients & staff. At my workplace we have a friend from Entrust working with us for a couple days a week. He is involved in Entrust's framework for life program and the work he does with us is a part of that program - we are proud to have him as part of the Liberty Security family. Entrust is making a real difference for many Edmontonians.

I am so happy and appreciate for what they do to our society, but pity the employees who receive literally no support from the mamagement. Do not schedule any programs on the basis of the shift you get scheduled. You might end up in staying there for several more hours as releiving staff often don't turn up. Lol, never try to be a part of their team. Well, yes if you are left with no choices.

This agency doesn’t care about the safety of their residents, their staff or the neighbours. On at least 4 occasions a mentally disabled resident has escaped from their home in Eaux Claire’s and attempted to push his way into a neighbours home. He was not dressed appropriately for the weather, was very combative, assaulted both the neighbour and the staff. The owner of the company couldn’t even have the decency to talk to the neighbour. This young man is in danger of being physically harmed, as well as the staff and public. He is not an appropriate candidate for this type of home but they do nothing but expect the poor staff to keep him in the house at risk of serious harm to themselves. . He is.a very large man. This company has been reported to the police and AHS.

Younger man driving a Nissan NV van with your logo was on his phone while merging on henday. Completely distracted and didn’t shoulder check when merging forcing me to change lanes quick. Train your drivers better or fire them. Don’t be a danger to the public

All i have to say is stay away from this place!! my friends son was receiving support from Jithin and it was the worst support ever. He's never truthful and does not care about his clients!!

These guys are fantastic! I have 2 special needs children in Entrust care and I must say, my mind was put at ease when I saw the genuine care that the staff gives for my children, often treating them as if they were their own. I stand by Entrust and their quality workmanship, the best care givers in the city!

How you do one thing is how you do everything! I deal with Entrust on a professional basis, and I have been always so impressed with how they conduct their business, treat their employees and care for their clients!The leadership from Tilton is based on values and character. Exceptional leader and exceptional company!

I work as a Mentor for the past six months at Entrust. Every single day is a new experience, that comes out of eagerness and excitement. Awaiting for more energetic days with lots of new experiences and treasurable results. Great team, great efforts in providing individual support!

If there is a 0" rating in this platform I would give this company nothing. I would love this organization to be looked into. The management is very poor and the HR does not care about employees. I am not mad because they dismissed me without any explanation. I am not mad at all
