Was referred to Payam by a neighbour for whom he had completed both a basement renovation and redesigning of the front and back yard.The work he had completed looked great, so we engaged Payam about installing six 6”x6” posts for a pergola design we had developed for our backyard. We had very specific measurements that we wanted met, and Payam and his crew were spot on in hitting those numbers.I wouldn’t hesitate to call Payam in the future…very professional, very friendly, and the quality of the work was excellent.

Payam and the crew at CDG have pulled off a miracle! I have been long overdue for a huge redo of my backyard unfortunately after calling many companies who would not take on the job because of the logistics of my house CDG came to the rescue I only ended up getting 2 quotes and the one Payam gave me was half the price so it made it and easy decision. Payam worked with me to get every little detail right and came back to fix anything that popped up after the job was complete. Front and backyard renovation, decking, railing, interlock, grading, sod, and outdoor kitchen (built-in BBQ, concrete countertop, heat shield/privacy fence). While the project took longer than we had hoped, much of the delays were out of Caspian's control and they were always professional and communicative. The final product is very high quality, and Payam and his team continuously looked for solutions throughout to make sure we were happy with the look and functionality of everything they built.

I called Payam when my roof was leaking and him and his guys were there the next day not only to repair the leak but also built me a nice roof extension that I'd been meaning to do all summer. Now my place looks awesome and no more leaks. The boys were very polite and professional. I slept right through their repairs it was so quiet. 100% I'd recommend Caspian Development Group to anyone.

Referral through Home Depot Local Pros and received callback and service very quickly. Removed old lawns front and back and laid new sod.Thank you Payam, Mahsa and Tyler and crew. We are watering like mad especially in this extreme heat to help sod develop roots. So far, so good.

The Caspian team did an awesome job renovation my basement for me. I had them do some framing/drywalling and everything was just how I wanted it. Whenever an obstacle came up, the team always had a proposed solution/workaround that solved the problem. Would highly recommend!
