I would just love to share our very recent experience with Sarah Riley from HHH and recommend everyone considering this amazing agency in their journey. We are a couple of IPs from Australia. We found HHH from google early this year and booked a free consultation with the case coordinator Sarah. She's very friendly and professional in the meeting. We received login details to their egg donor library soon after the meeting. We were surprised that they had such a great number of profiles and all looked young and attractive! We selected a few profiles and required further details. Sarah has been really patient and informative during the whole selection process. We found our egg donor within only one week and had a video call with her to confirm the match. Because our egg donor was very popular, we had to wait for a couple of months for her next cycle. But it's worth it. Last week, my partner and I had 21 embryos. We can't thank enough to our egg donor and Sarah's great effort throughout the whole process. This has made our journey so much easier and helped with the acceleration of the surrogacy process! I am 100% happy with HHH so far and am hoping everyone who has decided to work them to have a great journey too. Good Luck!

During the 2.5 years of searching for an Egg donor with this business I showed interest in 3 different donors. Coincidentally all 3 donors selected ghosted the agency after I informed Katelyn of my interest in them. The last donor I waited for 1.5 years to become available. She was a first time donor who was doing her first donation for another couple. This couple waited 1.3 years for her to donate. I was promised that I would be her next donation as I was next in line. However this didn’t materialise either. I was charged a non refundable intake fee thinking that I would receive extra information on the donors as promised but alas no extra information just the basic information as before. I just received excise after excuse about why the donor hadn’t donate yet for the other couple. If you want to wait years for a donor and don’t mind your valuable time being waisted and every donor you select ghosting then this is your agency! Katelyn doesn’t deliver on her promises unfortunately.
