Had an amazing experience at Taman Sari! I called the day of and was able to book an appointment. My massage therapist was really good and always made sure I felt comfortable. I had their prenatal massage and it was one of the best I've ever had. Love the ambience and relaxing vibe. Would gladly come back!

Not the fanciest or most luxurious spa I have been to (nothing wrong with it, just not fancy), but definitely one of the best massages I have ever had! If deep tissue is what you want, you won't be disappointed!

Poor experience at this internationally acclaimed spa. Arrived in Whistler and was excited to start my massage with Elizabeth which was booked two days ago. The appointment was booked by phone with a male representative who took my payment method details to make the booking. I was told my appointment did not make it into the reservation system so no massage was available after a trip to stay at the Hilton in Whistler. Customer service was lacking and there were no options that could be agreed to. Service is a key component of the product offered in any business, just not at this one.

My first facial and it was GLORIOUS!! Elizabeth/ Ezzy was wonderful and took time to evaluate my skin, she is as serene as the spa itself and her presentation is a perfect balance of strength and gentleness and went above and beyond to make sure I enjoy my experience.The scalp and neck massage was luxurious. I fell asleep. I notice a distinct difference in my skin after, feeling amazing and will be considering doing it once every 4 months. Overall Ezzy just put me in a good mood for the rest of the day. Very comfortable environment and such a warm welcoming ambiance. Will definitely coming back!

Had a very relaxing, great massage, and the service is excellent. Worth the money and time, knowing that i came from Alberta. Really wish they would open another location in Alberta!

I love massages and I’ve been looking for good massage places in Vancouver but so far, nothing beats massages from Indonesia. When I heard about Taman Sari spa at Whistler, I had to give it a shot. The massage made me feel like I’m back home in Indonesia, in Bali specifically. The fragrance of the room, ambiance, kindness and hospitality by the spa portrays everything about home. 10/10 and will definitely repeat every time I go back to Whistler!

Lovely ambiance and wonderful place to decompress. My face was instantly rejuvenated after the royal facial treatment. The treatment also included a massage which made the facial even better. Highly recommend this spa and the lady who did my facial.
