We are happy with our exterior house painting. At first we were hesitant because we changed the paint color & didn't know how it would turn out. (close to red brick) The pre-paint organizational staff & painters were very professional & thorough ... competitive price, too.

Eddie Rodas (subcontractor) and his crew did an excellent job painting our home. They were very meticulous and fulfilled every request. We just had new windows installed and the crew was very careful to make sure everything was taped and prepped properly.

Rob, Keri and Angel transformed my garage! Great folks to work with they go above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied. I look forward to working with them on my future projects!

Gonna keep this short but sweet folks. I got the idea to use CertaPro off their sign in a front yard of my neighbor down the street. I stopped and asked and my neighbor if they did a good job and they were very complimentary. So I booked an estimate and they came in very reasonable for the work to be done. I painted for years with my Dad and know what hard work it is. Dylan, Carey and Dan were professional and spot on with most everything they did in the process from start to finish. Nothing much else left to say.....I'll recommend them to anyone in need of a paint job.

We had our metal siding, trim and doors of my grandparents house painted. The team that came out was very professional and hard working. They finished the job in three days and worked long hours to complete despite the rain. Our home looks so modern and updated. We are so happy with the work done and can’t say enough positive things about Certapro Painters.

Very Positive Experience. We had challenges selecting a Sherwin Williams deck stain as they were not true to the samples from the store. David work patiently and diligently in ensuring that we were able to select the correct color. In addition, David and his team delivered a professional and quality job for our large deck. CertaPro Review write-upThis is a one of those projects that starts out simple and morphs into a legacy project. Due to expansion we needed to move into another building. The 'new' building was larger but had been neglected for many years. We knew we had many upgrade projects ahead of us and understood that this may take some time to get the building to our expected level.Our initial project consisted of painting the offices, SW corner of the warehouse and the shop break, wash and bath areas.The ceiling in the shop area was peeling and due to 50 years of manufacturing was absolutely black and filthy. We were not budgeting to paint the ceiling but due to the age of the building and paint we thought it best to test the paint for lead. Mark was very helpful in the testing and unfortunately, it did come back as a lead-based paint that was peeling. Due to this, we had an urgent need to address and fix this to keep our employees and vendors safe before we moved into our new space.We put a pause on all moving activities and focused solely on properly addressing our issue. Mark brought in additional resources, vendors, and team members to assist in analyzing the scope, timing, personnel required and vendor support.Our single most important priority was the safety of our employees, vendors and visitors moving forward and Mark's team helped educate us on the proper processes that would be required to complete this safely.CertaPro of Grand Rapids holds Certification from the United States Environmental Protection Agency for the Toxic Substances Control Act which allows them to conduct lead-based renovation repair and painting. To assure compliance, this certification was a prerequisite for us to move forward.Although not Certified, I feel like an honorary expert on lead abatement thanks to all the education that Mark and his team offered us.There is a 3-step process to lead abatement. Step 1-scrape and clean the surface. Step 2-Contain and properly dispose of the debris. Step 3-Painting: in our case, a primer coat and then a final coat of paint to achieve 'encapsulation' of the lead-based paint.Over a 2.5 week period, we held countless meetings, calls and visits together to source, plan and create our final glide path.Initially, the vendor of the primer was sourced, and the product was ordered with specific delivery times required. This vendor confirmed the order and timing. As often happens, this vendor over-committed and left us without recourse with their product.This miss required Mark to start over with the primer and he brought in another vendor who was able to deliver. Of all the kudos I have for the CertaPro team, outside of safety, this is the one to promote. Without the primer, we were not able to start the encapsulation process and would be further delayed in our move. The quick response by Mark as well as the vendor kept the project moving. This did not come easily, and we all lost some sleep during this time in the project, but this is when you confirm you have the best team!The CertaPro painters worked extremely hard and safely every day. There were (4) 2-person teams and they all had to spend the entire day elevated on a scissors-lift and looking up. To be clear, this is a terrible position to be in from an ergonomics standard and not one of the Team members complained. They were all invested in this project and took great pride in the outcome. These teams Rocked it!Our project was outside the standard of scope for us and we could not be any happier with the Safety and Performance of CertaPro. Before I could move into my condo, before I could replace the carpet, I needed a total interior paint job. CertaPro was recommended to me by my realtor, and I could not be more pleased with the results. First of all, they did not tell me it would be a few weeks before they could get started, but started within a few days. Then, the speed and competency with which he completed the job, all at a price considerably below the other estimate I had received. Besides all that, they answer the phone! They are available.
