CB Pools and Spas

Having experienced many pool businesses in the past, I must say CB Pools by far is at the top. Used them to open our pool this year, the crew was fast & efficient. Also visited the store to purchase a few items and get some water testing completed... Great customer service overall.

I contacted CB pools as we were having an issue with our liner , James asked for some pictures which I sent and he was kind enough to tell me how to fix it at no charge to us saving us a $1000 another company wanted to charge to remedy the problem . Will definitely use them if we need anything in the future .

We live down the road from CB Pools and twice this season they have been superstars for us. First was on the installation of a new pool heater. The installation was smooth and easy and we really appreciated the quick service. Then this week my pool pump died right as we were leaving for a trip for a few days and five days before a big get together at or house. My first instinct was to cancel the party as the pool wold be green but I went to see Wendy at CB and she said no problem! Her team came over when we were away and installed the new pump the very next day! Party and pool saved! Thanks Wendy and CB Pools!!

We just opened our new pool for the first time and thanks to the help of the knowledgeable staff at CB pools we were able to quickly and efficiently get our chemicals in order. As a new pool owner it can be intimidating, however they made it easy to figure out. Their system for reading chemicals is easy to follow! I would recommend them for all your pool needs!

These guys did an amazing job with our pool. Spent a lot of time outlining every detail of the install with me. I know a bit late with the review as it’s been 4 seasons, but it’s still like it was at day one. Still use the CB service dept. to open and close my pool. They do a great job every time. Thanks.

Don’t recommend using them at all. I got the pool opened by CB pool 2 weeks back as i moved into a new house. Unfortunately we were not at home when CB Pool team came to open the pool. Looks like they call removing the cover as opening because the pool water is still the same. When i asked them to clean it and make it ready to use they are asking me they’ll need 2 visits. 1 to shock the pool and another to clean and vaccumn it. Then what did they do the first time just removed the cover and charged $450 for that? So either they are overcharging me now by asking me extra visit charge or fooled me while they opened the pool by doing third grade job and just charging me for simply removing a cover which i could have also done. Disappointing service. So in total i order to get your pool swim ready by CB poil you’ll end up paying more than $800. Does it sound a fair amount?And then i asked Stirling pool to come clean my pool and in a single visit they very professionally cleaned my pool and its crystal clear now. So its funny why CB pool wanted 2 more visit to clean a pool they opened unless they either don’t know their job or wanting to double charge me as a customer. Don’t recommend CB pool to anyone.You’ll be happy not using their service.

Very helpful in detailing the steps for maintaining a new pool after moving into a new house and needing to get familiar with the setup. Even helped with a follow up call when I needed to clarify part of the instructions.

I would highly recommend them for your pool needs. We had to replace a very old sand filter. They replaced it quickly while ensuring it was the proper size for the pool. We then experienced a leak that was caused by other workmen. They quickly came onsite and identified the location. They are very friendly and most helpful at their Brooklin store.

It was a long wait(due to COVID backups) but we finally got to enjoy the pool beginning in September, the guys did an amazing job, everyone was helpful, courteous and left the job site clean everyday. Anything that we questioned was dealt with immediately. We are so pleased with the outcome and the help that we continue to receive. Very knowledgeable, and I am completely comfortable asking any questions. Great company to deal with right from the installers up to the office, they are all simply delightful to deal with

What gorgeous stonework! We absolutely love it. Nick and his guys did such an amazing job. So structurally sound in their foundation work and then the careful artwork in stone on top.
