We visited Pet Valu to groom and clean our pet. The staff was supremely helpful and kind and the store was very well kept and clean. It was a real pleasure to be in the store, in fact. The prices were also very reasonable. Plenty of free parking outside.

Great variety of items, and the staff are lovely BUT it's happened on about four occasions now that more than one staff member has directly contradicted what the vet suggested to me, and tried to convince me, unknowingly, to go against the vet's advice. Ex: telling me the exact brand of food the vet told me to use is the worst brand for my dog's health, telling me eye-specific wipes aren't necessary and general dog wipes are fine, etc. As a hashtag woman of science it's quite unsettling.

Friendly staff. Good selection. Clean store. Shelves were fully stoked. I had to return one of the items I purchased and had no trouble. I enjoy and will always return to a place that treats customers well.

Got my fuzzy buddies some toys for their birthdays here. They have a great assortment of dog treats probably the most I've seen in any one pet store. The toys that they have for dogs are definitely of higher quality and not the same stuff you would find at say Walmart. The staff was also very friendly and knowledgeable and helped me get what I needed quickly.
